Ինվազիվ սրտային վիրաբուժության գնային քաղաքականությունը վերանայվելու է

Բուժհաստատությունները և մատակարարները պետք է վերանայեն գնային քաղաքականությունը: Խոսքը հիմնականում վերաբերում է սրտի ինվազիվ միջամտությունների մատչելիության ապահովմանը: Այս մասին նշեց աշխատանքային այցով Գյումրիում գտնվող ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանը:
Գյումրիում նախարարը ծանոթացավ «Գյումրու բժշկական կենտրոն»-ի հեմոդիալիզի և ինվազիվ սրտաբանության բաժանմունքներում ծավալվող աշխատանքներին:
«Մենք քննարկեցինք ծախսարդյունավետությունը և գնային քաղաքականությունը: Վերջին ամիսներին որոշակի գնային փոփոխությունները, որոնք տեղի են ունենում մայրաքաղաքի հիվանդանոցներում, չեն կարող շրջանցել նաև Գյումրին, ուստի և այդ հարցը քննարկեցին տեղում և կքննարկենք նախարարությունում՝ բոլոր մատակարարողների և բուժօգնություն իրականացնողների հետ: Ինվազիվ սրտային վիրաբուժության գնային քաղաքականությունը պետք է վերանայվի»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ժամանա նշեց Արմեն Մուրադյանը՝ վստահեցնելով, որ ինվազիվ սրտաբանության միջամտությունները հանրապետությունում իրականացվում են միջազգային չափորոշիչներին համապատասխան:
«Չնայած դրան, ծախսարդյունավետության պատճառով, չենք կարող համահունչ մատչելիություն ապահովել, ուստի, որակի պահպանման պարագայում, մենք ունենք գնային փոփոխությունների անհրաժեշտության: Կարծում եմ, մոտ օրերս պետք է լինեն համապատասխան փոփոխությունները և մեր բնակիչները պետք է կարողանան ստանալ մեր երկրում ամենազարգացած բժշկական օգնություններից՝ սրտային վիրաբուժությունը՝ մատչելի: Առաջին հերթին պետք է վերանայենք պետական պատվերի գները՝ նվազեցնելով: Կարծում եմ դրա հետ մեկտեղ, շուկայական գները ևս կփոխվեն: Համոզված եմ, եթե դիմենք բ ուժօգնություն իրականացնողներին, մատակարարներին և կարողանանք փաստարկներ ներկայացնենք, որ կա հիվանդների թիվ, բայց գնի պատճառով դիմելիությունը նվազ է, ապա ամեն ինչ կստացվի»,-հավելեց ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարը:
