Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության շուրջ բանակցություններում որեւէ անակնկալ չի կարող լինել: Այս մասին ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան՝ պատասխանելով հարցին, արդյո՞ք մտահոգություններ չկան, որ բանակցությունների մանամասների մասին տեղեկատվության բացակայությունը հետագայում կարող է տհաճ անակնկալ լինել հակամարտող կողմերի հասարակությունների համար:
Զախարովան նշել է, որ նման բան կարող էր տեղի ունենալ, եթե բանակցություններին հակամարտության կողմերից մեկը չմասնակցեր: «Որեւէ տհաճ անակնկալ չի կարող լինել, քանի որ սա բանակցային գործընթաց է, որում ներառված են փորձագետներ բոլոր կողմերից: Դա այն է, ինչը մաքոքային դիվանագիտություն է կոչվում»,- ասել է Զախարովան:
Ըստ նրա, մտահոգություն պետք է առաջացնի պայմանավորվածությունների բացակայությունը: «Կարեւոր է այնպես անել, որպեսզի այդ գործընթացը, որը ներկայում ակտիվորեն ընթանում է, կառուցողական ավարտ ունենա, եւ կողմերին տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության հույս բերի: Հիմա շատ կարեւոր պահ է, եւ անհրաժեշտ է այնպես անել, որպեսզի բոլոր թիմերն ընդհանուր արդյունքի համար խաղան, մասնավորապես՝ բռնության դադարեցման, նոր արյունահեղության պոտենցիալ հնարավորությունների կանխման»,- հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչը:
