««Ժողովուրդ»–ի տեղեկություններով՝ օրերս հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն Է դիմել մի կին և ՀՀ պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից կատարված հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում ներկայացրել։ Նա հայտնել Է, որ օրեր առաջ իր աշխատասենյակ Է եկել ՀՀ պաշտոնատար անձանցից մեկը, և ինքը նրա հետ աշխատասենյակում սեռական հարաբերություններ Է ունեցել։ Ըստ կնոջ՝ այդ ընթացքում պաշտոնատար անձը իր պարանոցից պոկել Է թանկարժեք ոսկյա զարդը և բացահայտ կերպով դրել իր գրպանը։

Կինը իրավապահներին հայտնել է, որ այդ ժամանակ պաշտոնյային ասել Է, որ վերադարձնի իր վզնոցը, սակայն իր սենյակում գտնվող պաշտոնյան հրաժարվել Է այն իրեն տրամադրել։ Չի բացառվում, որ մինչ իրավապահներին դիմելը կինը ցանկացել Է ամեն գնով իր ոսկյա թանկարժեք զարդը հետ վերադարձնել, սակայն փորձերն անցել են ապարդյուն, և կնոջ միակ ելքը մնացել Է իրավապահներին դիմելը։ Արդյունքում դիմելով հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն՝ նա պատմել Է եղելությունը, իսկ քննիչները սկսել են նյութեր նախապատրաստել։ Եվ, ահա, մեզ տեղեկություններ հասան, որ նախօրեին ՀՔԾ-ում կնոջ հաղորդման հիման վրա հարուցվել Է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 176 հոդվածի առաջին մասի հատկանիշներով՝ կողոպուտը, ուրիշի գույքի բացահայտ հափշտակությունը պատժվում է տուգանքով՝ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի երկուհարյուրապատիկից վեցհարյուրապատիկի չափով, կամ կալանքով՝ առավելագույնը երկու ամիս ժամկետով կամ ազատազրկմամբ՝ առավելագույնը երեք տարի ժամկետով։

«Ժողովուրդ»–ը տեղեկությունը փորձեց ճշտել հատուկ քննչական ծառայության մամուլի քարտուղար Միքայել Ահարոնյանից, որը հաստատեց մեր տեղեկությունը և հայտնեց, որ փաստի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է»,–գրում է թերթը։
