Քրեական գործ է հարուցվել Ռազմական ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների կողմից ԼՂ ՊԲ սպային ծեծելու համար.«Հայկական ժամանակ»

«Ռազմական ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների կողմից ԼՂ ՊԲ սպա, մայոր Արա Զախարյանին ծեծի ենթարկելու՝ «Հժ»–ի հրապարակման հիման վրա նախապատրաստված նյութերով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։
Այս մասին երեկ մեզ տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից։ Այս դեպքը տեղի էր ունեցել սույն թվականի հունիսի 14-ին։ Ինչպես ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, Վարդենիս քաղաքում վիճաբանություն և ծեծկռտուք էր տեղի ունեցել ռազմական ոստիկանության բաժանմունքի տեսուչի և ԼՂՀ Պաշտպանության բանակի 4 սպաների միջև։ ԼՂՀ ՊԲ 4 սպաները մայոր Արա Զախարյանը, լեյտենանտ Լ. Սահակյանը ավազ լեյտենանտ Կ. Մարտիրոսյանը և լեյտենանտ Տարոն Անախասյանը արագ երթևեկելիս են եղել, երբ ստուգատեսում ծառայություն իրականացնող տեսուչ Անդրանիկ Մաթևոսյանը կանգնեցրել է նրանց ավտոմեքենան։ ՊԲ 4 սպաներին դուր չի եկել այն, թե ինչպես է տեսուչը կանգնեցնում իրենց ավտոմեքենան, ինչի պատճառով առաջացել է վիճաբանություն, սկսվել է ծեծկռտուք։ Ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների սպաները մետաղյա խողովակով բռնություն են գործադրել տեսուչի նկատմամբ նրան պատճառելով բազմաթիվ մարմնական վնասվածքներ։ Դեպքից հետո արդեն ռազմական ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները Զախարյանին բերման ենթարկելիս նրա նկատմամբ բռնության են գործադրել ձեռքերով հարվածելով մարմնի տարբեր մասերին։
Երեկ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից մեզ փոխանցեցին, որ քրեական գործը հարուցվել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 375-րղ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (Պետի, հրամանատարի կամ պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից իշխանությունը չարաշահելը, իշխանազանցությանը կամ իշխանության անգործությունը պատժվում են ազատազրկմամբ երկուսից հինգ տարի ժամկետով)։ Արա Զախարյանը դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության է ենթարկվել, որի ժամանակ էլ հայտարարել է, որ իրեն ծեծի են ենթարկել ռազմական ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները։ Ծեծի հետևանքով նա տեղափոխվել էր «Սևանի» բժշկական կենտրոն»,–գրում է թերթը։
