Այսօր՝ հուլիսի 15-ին, խոշոր ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Գեղարքունիքի մարզում: Ժամը 08:30-ի սահմաններում Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ծովագյուղի բնակիչ, 27-ամյա Սևակ Մարգարյանը Երևան-Իջևան ավտոճանապարհի 70 կմ հատվածում դեպի Երևան ընթանալիս իր վարած BMW մակնիշի 34 QԼ 494 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով դուրս է եկել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի գոտուց և բախվել Իջևանի ուղղութամբ ճանապարհի թույլատրելի հատվածում կայանված Երևանի բնակիչ, 40-ամյա Հարություն Սարգսյանի վարած Toyota Pradօ մակնիշի 61 QQ 016 համարանւշի ավտոմեքենային:
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով BMW-ի վարորդ Ս. Մարգարյանը մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել է Սևանի բժշկական կենտրոն: Օպերատիվորեն դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Վիգեն Աղեկյանի գլխավորությամբ: Ժամանել են նաև Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 4-րդ վաշտի 1-ին դասակի աշխատակիցները՝ դասակի հրամանատար Արա Շահնազարյանի գլխավորությամբ: Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության հատուկ ջրափրկարարական ջոկատը՝ հրամանատար Արմեն Ճզմաչյանի գլխավորությամբ:
