Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը մասնակցել է ՀՊՏՀ խորհրդի նիստին

ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի գլխավորությամբ հուլիսի 15-ին կայացել է Հայաստանի պետական տնտեսագիտական համալսարանի (ՀՊՏՀ) խորհդի նիստը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Օրակարգային առաջին հարցով խորհուրդը քննարկել և հաստատել է ՀՊՏՀ 2016-2020թթ. զարգացման ռազմավարական ծրագիրը:
Անդրադառնալով ՀՊՏՀ 2016-2020թթ. զարգացման ռազմավարական ծրագրին, վարչապետ Աբրահամյանն ընդգծել է, որ համալսարանը բարեփոխվել է, իրականացվել են զարգացման մի շարք ծրագրեր, հաստատությունը տեխնիկապես և տեխնոլոգիապես վերազինվել է, կատարելագործվել են կրթական ծրագրերը, իրականացվել են սոցիալական բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր, աշխուժացել են արտաքին կապերը, սկիզբ է դրվել աշխատաշուկայի հետ հստակ կանոնակարգված համագործակցության, ինչը մեծապես կարևորում է ՀՀ կառավարությունը: Վարչապետի խոսքով՝ կրթական համակարգի բարեփոխումները պահանջված են և կրթության բոլոր մակ արդակներում առաջնահերթ է որակի և արդյունավետության բարձրացումը: Ըստ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի՝ մասնագիտական բարձրագույն կրթության բարեփոխումներն անհրաժեշտ են և թելադրված ժամանակի պահանջով: Այս համատեքստում, վարչապետը նշել է, որ համալսարանը որդեգրել է զարգացման հավակնոտ ծրագրեր, ինչի արդյունքում բուհը պետք է կարողանա լուծել իր առջև դրված խնդիրները: «Առջևում են նոր մարտահրավերներ և կրթության զգայուն ոլորտը պետք է պատրաստ լինի համարժեք արձագանքի», - ասել է վարչապետ Աբրահամյանը և համոզմունք հայտնել, որ վերջին տարիներին ստեղծվել են բոլո ր նախադրյալները՝ համալսարանը զարգացման նոր մակարդակի հասցնելու համար:
Այնուհետև կայացել է ՀՊՏՀ ռեկտորի ընտրություն և փակ գաղտնի քվեարկությամբ միաձայն համալսարանի ռեկտոր է ընտրվել Կորյուն Աթոյանը:
Խորհրդի նիստով փոփոխություններ են կատարվել Հայաստանի պետական տնտեսագիտական համլասարանի կազմակերպական կառուցվածքում, որի արդյունքում միավորվել են մի քանի բաժիններ:
