ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը սոցփաթեթի շրջանակում ծառայություն մատուցող 3 տուրօպերատորների հանել է հաշվառումից: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նշել է ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը:
«Մեր կողմից ներկայում էլ ուսումնասիրությունները շարունակվում են: Երեք կազմակերպության մենք վերջերս արդեն հանել ենք հաշվառումից, որովհետև իրենց պարտականությունները չեն կատարում»,-ասաց Արծվիկ Մինասյանը:
Ինչ վերաբերում է այն հարցին, թե կա՞ն արդյոք տուրօպերատորներ, որոնք հաշվառումից դուրս են ծառայություն մատուցել, նախարարը նշեց, որ իրենց հայտնի չէ:
«Բայց դա մեր կարգավորումից դուրս է, դա լիցենզավորման գործընթաց չէ, որ մենք տեսնենք, թե որ տուրօպերատորն է առանց լիցենզիայի գործունեություն ծավալել, մեր կողմից իրականացրածն ընդամենը հաշվառում է: Մենք այդ հաշվառած կազմակերպությունների անունները տեղադրում ենք կայքում, որ մարդիկ իմանան, թե որոնք են սոցփաթեթի շրջանակում ծառայություն մատուցում»,-ավելացրեց նախարարը: Արծվիկ Մինասյանի խոսքով, այս մասով օրենսդրական դաշտում հստակեցման անհրաժեշտություն կա:
«Ի վերջո, պետք է հստակ լինի մի բան: Մեր գլխավոր խնդիրը ոչ թե պետք է լինի այս բաղադրիչը վերացնելը, այլ դրա արդյունավետությունը բարձրացնելը: Վարչապետի հայտարարությունն էլ դրան է վերաբերում: Այսինքն` ոչ ոք չի խոսում այդ բաղադրիչն ընդհանրապես հանելու մասին»,-հավելեց նախարարը:
Անդրադառնալով Վերահսկիչ պալատի ուսումնասիրություններին՝ նախարարը նշեց, որ ծրագրի արդյունավետության բարձրացման համար առաջին քայլ անողներից մեկը եղել է Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը:
«Այսինքն` մենք ինքներս ենք դիմել՝ ասելով, որ ուզում ենք արդյունավետության բարձրացման հարցը քննարկել և թույլ չտալ, որոշ համակարգերի ոչ արդյունավետ աշխատանքի հետևանքով զբոսաշրջային բաղադրիչը նսեմացվի: Ի դեպ, նշված խնդրահարույց հարցերը վերաբերում են բացառապես հանգստի բաղադրիչին»,-ասաց Արծվիկ Մինասյանը:
