Փորձաքննությունը հաստատել է, որ ադրբեջանցիները 30-ամյա հայ մայորին գլխատվել են կենդանության օրոք

Զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչությունում շարունակվում է զինված ընդհարումների ժամանակ Ադրբեջանի կողմից միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի նորմերի միջազգային պայմանագրերով նախատեսված խախտումների դեպքերի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

 Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի և ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցչի գրասենյակի միջնորդությամբ ապրիլի 10-ին հայկական կողմին են փոխանցվել 2016թ-ի ապրիլի 2-ից 5-ը ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում ադրբեջանական կողմից սանձազերծված ագրեսիայի ընթացքում զոհված 18 հայ զինծառայողների դիակները, որոնց արտաքին զննությամբ՝ դատաբժիշկների կողմից  արձանագրվել են բազմաթիվ վնասվածքներ, խոշտանգումների և անարգանքի հետքեր։

Վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից նշանակվել էին դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ՝ պարզելու հայ զինծառայողներից յուրաքանչյուրի մահվան պատճառը, մարմնական վնասվածքների բնույթն ու ծանրության աստիճանը, դրանց պատճառահետևանքային կապը մահվան հետ։

«Առայժմ ստացվել են թվով 7 զինծառայողների նկատմամբ նշանակված դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությունների եզրակացությունները, որոնցով փաստվում են հակառակորդի կողմից միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի նորմերի խախտումները»,- ասված է քննչական կոմիտեի տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ։

Թիվ 0411/20 եզրակացությամբ փաստվել է, որ 30-ամյա հայ մայորը գլխատվել է կենդանության օրոք. գլխի վնասվածքային հատումը պարանոցի 5-րդ ողի մակարդակից (դեկապիտացիա) կատարվել է սուր կտրող գործիքի ներգործությամբ կենդանության օրոք, ինչը հանգեցրել է մահվան։ Կենդանության  օրոք են նաև մասնահատվել մայորի զույգ դաստակները։

Դիակի դիահերձմանը, քննիչի գրավոր թույլտվությամբ, ներկա են գտնվել նաև մայորի հայրը և Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի դատաբժշկական տարածաշրջանային համակարգողը։

Թիվ 034/1 և թիվ 02 փորձաքննությունների եզրակացությունների համաձայն՝ ևս երկու հայ զինծառայողների գլխատումն իրականացվել է հետմահու։

Այսպես՝ ըստ  թիվ 034/1 եզրակացության՝ շարքային զինծառայողի մահը վրա է հասել հեմոռագիկ, տրավմատիկ շոկից և գլխուղեղի արյունազեղումներից, որոնք հետևանք են մարմնի տարբեր մասերում ստացած պայթյունային-բեկորային, հրազենային վիրավորումների։ Գլխի անջատումը մարմնից իրականացվել է պարանոցի վերին հատվածը կտրող գործիքով կտրելու միջոցով՝ տուժողի մահից հետո։

Թիվ 02 եզրակացության համաձայն՝ պայմանագրային 68-ամյա զինծառայողի մահը վրա է հասել հրազենային վնասվածքներից։ Գլխի պարանոցի ստորին երրորդի մակարդակով տրավմատիկ գլխատումը  (ամպուտարիա) իրականացվել է համեմատաբար մեծ զանգված ունեցող սուր կտրող գործիքների ներգործության հետևանքով՝ տուժողի մահից հետո։

20-ամյա կրտսեր սերժանտի ձախ ականջախեցու՝ հիմքից և աջ ականջախեցու մասնակի,  մայորի, ավագ լեյտենանտի և փոխգնդապետի զույգ ականջախեցիները հատվել են հետմահու:

Մյուս զինծառայողների նկատմամբ նշանակված դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությունների եզրակացությունների մասին տեղեկույթ կտրամադրվի լրացուցիչ:
