«Աբելի քույրը» սերիալի գլխավոր հերոսուհի Նարինե Դովլաթյանի առավոտյան նուրբ ֆոտոշարքը

Երգչուհի Նարինե Դովլաթյանը ամիսներ առաջ սկսեց նկարահանվել «Աբելի քույրը» հեռուստասերիալում։ Նրա գործունեությանը ծանոթ ցանկացած մարդու համար սա իսկական շոկ էր։ BlogNews-ը Նարինեի հետ ֆոտոշարք ու հարցազրույց է արել։
Մեր ֆոտոշարքն իրականացրել ենք առավոտյան ժամը 8-ից։ Նարինեն ժամանակին պարտաճանաչ եկավ, պարզվում է՝ առավոտյան արթնանալը նրա համար բոլորովին խնդիր չէ։ Առավոտյան սուրճի շուրջ Նարինեի հետ հետաքրքիր, թեթև զրույց ենք ունեցել։
-Նարինե, սովորաբար ինչպե՞ս ես սկսում առավոտը։
-Մի բաժակ ջրով :) Նախկինում նաև մրգով, բայց հիմա դա մեկ-մեկ է հաջողվում, որովհետև առավոտս սկսվում է նկարահանումների վազելով։
Ես շատ եմ սիրում առավոտը։ Շատերի համար գիշերն է խորհրդավոր, բայց ինձ համար խորհրդավոր է վաղ առավոտը։ Ես ինձ շատ լավ եմ զգում այդ ժամանակ։
-Կարողանո՞ւմ ես վաղ արթնանալ։
-Հա, կարող է ընդհանրապես քնած չլինեմ, բայց եթե պետք է, անպայման արթնանում եմ։ Հենց զարթուցիչը զնգաց, ինչքան էլ հոգնած լինեմ, քունս տանի, միանգամից արթնանում եմ։
Կիրակի օրերին էլ թեև տրամադրվում եմ, որ պիտի երկար քնեմ, չի ստացվում, եթե ազատ եմ լինում, ավելի շուտ եմ արթնանում։)
-Իսկ առավոտյան զբոսանքների գնո՞ւմ ես։
-Հիմականում ոչ, որովհետև արթնանում եմ ու վազում նկարահանումների։ Եթե ազատ եմ լինում, երեկոյան եմ զբոսնում, սակայն շաբաթ օրերին առավոտյան բացօթյա ֆիթնեսի մարզումներ ենք անում համալիրում։ Շատ հավես է։
Շատ եմ կարևորում սպորտը, բացի մարմնի գեղեցկությունից ու ձգությունից տալիս է նաև թեթևություն, վստահություն ու ազատություն։ Կարծում եմ՝ միայն հոգին չպիտի կերտես, իհարկե, միտքդ պետք է մաքուր պահես, բայց մարմինն էլ է շատ կարևոր։ Մարմինդ էլ պետք է խնամես, իսկ դա կոսմետիկան չէ։ Խնամված լինել բնավ չի նշանուկում բարձրակրունկներ հագնել ու շատ շպարվել։ Կարծում եմ՝ սթրեսի դեմ լավագույն միջոցն է, քանի որ ֆիզիկական ակտիվության ժամանակ լիցքաթափվում ես:
