Երբեմն շատ կարևոր է դադար առնելը և ուղղակի տանը մնալը: Այդ օրը ոչ մի արտառոց բան տեղի չի ունենա: Դուք ուղղակի հնարավորություն կունենաք հանգստանալու և ամեն ինչ հանգիստ և սառը գլխով կշռադատելու:

Նոր սանրվածքը, մազերի գույնը, դիմահարդարումը, կամ հագուստը կօգնեն, որ դուք ձեզ այլ աչքով նայեք:

  1. Խորհուրդ հարցրեք

Ամեն ինչ կարգին է, եթե դուք ինչ-որ մեկից խորհուրդ եք հարցնում: Եթե ձեզ մոտ ամեն ինչ չէ, որ հարթ է ընթանում, ապա խորհուրդ հարցրեք մեկից, ով նման դժվարություններ է ունեցել: Կամ ուղղակի հարցրեք ձեր մայրիկին. նա ձեզ կհասկանա:

Մեր վախերից ազատվելով՝ մենք ինքնավստահ ենք դառնում:

  1. Ներեք ինքներդ ձեզ, ներեք ուրիշներին, ներեք ողջ աշխարհին

Երբ մենք ներում ենք ինքներս մեզ, ներում ենք նրանց, ովքեր մեզ ցավեցրել են և ներում ենք աշխարհին, մենք թողնում ենք մեր անցյալը, որովհետև այն այլևս կարևոր չէ: Այդ դեպքում մենք կարող ենք առաջ շարժվել:
