Հայաստանում ազգային փոքրամասնությունները որևէ քաղաքական խնդիր չունեն

Հայաստանի ազգային փոքրամասնությունները չունեն ոչ մի քաղաքական խնդիր: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս տեսակետին միակարծիք են ՀՀ վաստակավոր արտիստ, ՀՀ ասորական համայնքի «Աթուր» միության խորհրդատու Ռազմիկ Խոսրոևը և Հայաստանի հանրային ռադիոյի եզդիների համար հաղորդման խմբագիր Հասան Թամոյանը:
«Մենք բազմիցս մեր շնորհակալությունը հայտնել ենք Հայաստանի կառավարությանը մարդասիրական վերաբերմունքի համար, որը արտահայտվում է բոլոր ազգային փոքրամասնությունների հանդեպ: 15-20 տարում ազգային փոքրամասնությունների համար ստեղծված կառույցները նախագահականում, կառավարությունում վկայում են այդ մասին: Մեր կողմից ողջունելի է նաև խորհրդարանում ազգային փոքրամասնությունների ներկայացուցիչ հատկացնելը»,- նշեց Ռազմիկ Խոսրոևը: Նրա խոսքով՝ ազգային փոքրամասնությունների կրթական համակարգը ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հգածության ներքո է, և կրթական ոլորտի աշխատողները վճարվում են պետության կողմից, որը շատ քիչ է պատահում նույնիսկ զարգացած պետություններում:
Հասան Թամոյանը կարծում է, որ ազգային փոքրամասնությունները լիարժեքորեն չեն կարողանում օգտագործել պետության կողմից տրված արտոնությունները:
«Մենք ունենք ռադիո, որը հեռարձակվում է ամբողջ աշխարհում, ունենք 1-12-րդ դասարանների դասագիրք: Սրանք այնպիսի երևույթներ են, որոնք աննախադեպ են եզդիների համայնքների համար ամբողջ աշխարհում: Նույնիսկ գերտերություններում եզդի համայնքն այսպիսի հնարավորություն չունի: Իսկ առաջացող խնդիրները պետք է փնտրել մեր մեջ»,- ընդգծեց Թամոյանը: Անդրադառնալով խորհրդարանում ազգային փոքրամասնության ներկայացուցիչ ունենալու հանգամանքին` Թամոյանը նշեց, որ վերապահումով է մոտենում դրան:
«Մոտենալով թվաբանական տրամաբանությանը` խորհրդարանում մեկ ներկայացուցիչ ունենալը անարդյունավետ է և անօգուտ: Կարծում եմ, արդյունավետ կլինի ներկայացուցիչ ունենալ գործադիր իշխանությունում: Օրինակ՝ ունենալով ներկայացուցիչ մարզերում, գյուղերում, քաղաքներում, որտեղ եզդի բնակչության թիվը մեծ է, ավելի արագ և արդյունավետ կլինի նրանց խնդրին լուծում տալը»,- ասաց Թամոյանը:
