Մի խումբ քաղաքական եւ հասարական գործիչներ այսօր՝ հուլիսի 16-ին, Շուշիում հռչակագիր են ստորագրել:

Հռչակագրում մասնավորապես ասվում է. «Խորապես մտահոգ լինելով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունում վերջին շրջանում առկա՝ առավելեւս հնարավոր զարգացումներով, համաձայնվում ենք հետեւյալի շուրջ եւ պատրաստակամություն ենք հայտնում գործել ու ներքոհիշյալ դրույթներն իրականացնելու համար:

Բացարձակապես անընդունելի է ցանկացած պատճառով, պատճառաբանությանբ, պատրվակով կամ ձեւով Արցախի սահմանադրությամբ ամրագրված, հայկական զիված ուժերի կողմից 2016թ. ապրիլի 1-ի դրությամբ վերահսկվող որեւէ տարածքի զիջումը, փոխանցումը կամ հանձնումը այլ երկրի, ուժի կամ կառույցի, ինչպես նաեւ այդ նպատակով իրականացվող քարոզչությունը: Նման արարքը կդիտարկվի պետական հանցագործություն եւ մեղավորները ենթակա կլինեն համարժեք պատասխանատվության: Անընդունելի ենք համարում ներկայումս բանակցությունների հիմք հանդիսացող «տարածք կարգավիճակի», «տարածք խաղաղության» կամ «տարածք ավելի կայուն իրավիճակի» դիմաց սկզբունքները: Նպատակահարմար եւ խիստ անհրաժեշտ ենք համարում բանակցային գործընթացի հիմքի, հենքի եւ սկզբունքների վերանայումը, ինչպես նաեւ նոր ու թարմ բանակցային գործընթացի սկզբնավորումը»:

Նշենք, որ այսօր մի խումբ քաղաքական եւ հասարակական գործիչներ Շուշիում ԼՂՀ հակամարտության վերաբերյալ քննարկում էին հրավիրել:
