Մի խումբ զինված անձինք պատանդ են վերցրել ոստիկանության սահմանափակ թվով ծառայողների՝ նրանց ազատման դիմաց պահանջելով ազատ արձակել մոտ մեկ ամիս առաջ մի խումբ անձանց կողմից ապօրինի կերպով զենք եւ ռազմամթերք ձեռք բերելը, փոխադրելը եւ պահելը կազմակերպելու մեղադրանքով կալանավորված Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանին: Մեկ ոստիկան զոհվել է, եւս երկուսը՝ վիրավորվել: Ապօրինաբար արգելափակված տարածքում գտվող զինված անձանց հանցավոր գործողությունների կասեցմանն ու խափանմանն ուղղված միջոցառումների շրջանակներում հատուկ նշանակության ստորաբաժանումների կողմից ազատ է արձակվել երկու պատանդ:
ՀՀ իրավապահ մարմիններն ամբողջությամբ վերահսկում են իրավիճակը եւ ձեռնարկում են բոլոր անհրաժեշտ միջոցները հանգուցալուծման հասնելու համար: Միաժամանակ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը կոչ է անում զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցներին տեղեկատվություն տարածելիս օգտագործել միայն պաշտոնական աղբյուրներից ստացված տվյալները, հակառակ դեպքում սփռվող ապատեղեկատվությունը նպաստում է ձեռնարկված հանցավոր գործողությունների իրականացմանը, վտանգ ստեղծում մարդկանց կյանքի եւ առողջության համար:
