Ռուսաստանը մտահոգված է Թուրքիայում, Հայաստանում և Ղազախստանում տեղի ունեցող դեպքերի առնչությամբ, սակայն վստահ է, որ իր հարավային սահմաններին անվտանգությունը բարձր մակարդակի վրա է: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով ՏԱՍՍ-ը, այս մասին խոսել է ՌԴ նախագահի խոսնակ Դմիտրի Պեսկովը:
«Երկրի անվտանգությունն իր սահմանների երկայնքով ապահովված է անհրաժեշտ մակարդակի վրա: Այդուհանդերձ, անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում ստացված վերջին միջադեպերի առնչությամբ»,- ասել է Պեսկովը: Նա ընդգծել է, որ Թուրքիայում, Հայաստանում ու Ղազախստանում առկա իրադրությունը չի կարելի նույն կերպ մեկնաբանել:
«Ամեն առանձին դեպք պետք է ուսումնասիրվի անհատական կերպով: Մի դեպքում դա պետական հեղաշրջման փորձ էր, որը մեծ թվով մարդկային զոհերի պատճառ դարձավ: Մյուս դեպքում, դա հանցավոր արարք էր: Սակայն մենք ցանկանում ենք տեսնել մեր հարևաններին որպես կայուն, բարգավաճ և կանխատեսելի պետություններ: Եվ այդ դեպքում մենք ունենք բոլոր հիմքերը` հավատալու, որ մեր հարևաններն ունեն նմանը լինելու ներուժը»,- ասել է Պեսկովը:
Հուլիսի 17-ի առավոտյան մի խումբ զինված անձինք մուտք են գործել ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկապահակային ծառայությանգնդի տարածք և բռնության սպառնալիքով պահել այնտեղ գտնվող անձանց` պահանջելով ազատ արձակել մոտ մեկ ամիս առաջմի խումբ անձանց կողմից ապօրինի կերպով զենք և ռազմամթերք ձեռ բերելը, փոխադրելը և պահելը կազմակերպելումեղադրանքով կալանավորված Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանին: ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկապահակային ծառայության գնդի վրահարձակման հետևանքով զոհվել է Ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արթուր Վանոյանը:
Ղազախստանի Ալմաթի քաղաքում անհայտ անձինք հարձակում են իրականացրել ոստիկանության վրա, որի հետևանքով զոհվելէ չորս մարդ: 7 ոստիկան վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում է: Ղազախստանի բանակը ծառայության ուժեղացված ռեժիմի էանցել: Ալմաթիում գործում է ահաբեկչական վտանգի առավելագույն` «կարմիր» մակարդակ: Թուրքիայում հուլիսի 15-իձախողված հեղաշրջման ժամանակ Թուրքիայի տարբեր քաաքներում սկսված բախումների հետևանքով զոհվել էիշխանության կողմնակից 208 մարդ, որից 60-ը` ոստիկան, 3-ը` զինվոր, 145-ը` քաղաքացիական անձ: Վիրավորների թիվը 1491է: Ձերբակալվածների թիվը 7 հազար 543 է: 316 մարդ կալանավորված է:
