Ինչու՞ է սիրելի էակից բաժանվելն այդքան ցավոտ

Կնոջ եւ տղամարդու սիրային հարաբերությունը ամենանուրբ եւ բարդ երեւույթն է։ Ցանկացած սիրո պատմություն յուրահատուկ է։ Այո, նմանություններ լինում են, բայց հիմնականում ամեն զույգ իրեն բնորոշ, օրիգինալ սիրավեպ է սկսում։ Բայց բաժանման դեպքում առաջացող զգացողությունը գրեթե միշտ նույնն է՝ մեծ ցավ։ Իսկ ինչու՞ է սիրելի էակից բաժանվելն այդքան ցավոտ։
Սովորաբար հարաբերությունների ընթացքում զույգերը սկսում են մտածել իրենց ապագայի մասին, պատկերացնում են դեպքերի որոշակի զարգացում, միասին ծրագրում ինչ-ինչ քայլեր, իսկ բաժանումը փոշիացնում է այս ամենը։ Սիրող էակների գլխում ծնված երեւակայական սցենարը դառնում է անիմաստ, նրանց ստեղծած կատարյալ աշխարհը անհետանում է, ապագան միանգամից մշուշով է պատվում, եւ նրանք չգիտեն՝ ինչ են անելու, ինչպես են ապրելու։ Ահա հենց սա էլ ցավ է պատճառում զույգերին, քանի կյանքի հետաքրքրություններով եւ պատրանքներով լի շրջանից նրանք անցում են կատարում նոր մի փուլի, որում ամենուր դատարկություն է թվում։
Բայց անցյալը միշտ հիշեցնում է, որ դուք կարող եք հաղթահարել ցանկացած ցավ, լուծել ցանկացած խնդիր։ Պետք է հասկանալ, որ ոչ մի մտացածին աշխարհ չի կարող կոտրել ձեր ոգին, եթե դուք իրավիճակը սթափ եք գնահատում։ Երբ ձեր սիրելին հեռանում է նրա պատճառած ցավը տեւում է ընդամենը12 վայրկյան... մնացածը ձեր հնարած աշխարհի եւ պատկերացումների փլուզման հետեւանքով առաջացած տանջանքն է։ Հարկավոր է գիտակցել, որ սիրելի անձնավորության հեռանալուց հետո կյանքի նոր փուլ է սկսվում, ապագայի նոր էջ, որը լի է հարյուրավոր նոր ուղիներով, նոր ծանոթություններով, անակնկալներով, ժպիտներով։
Պետք չէ բաժանումից հետո տխրել, թերություններ փնտրել սեփական անձի մեջ, համեմատվել ուրիշների հետ, քանի որ բաժանման մեջ երկու կողմերն էլ մեղավոր են, որովհետեւ զույգերի եւ երջանկությունը, եւ բաժանումը կախված է նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրից։ Հետեւաբար, պետք չէ կյանքը շարունակել՝ հիմնվելով միայն հիշողությունների վրա։ Անցյալը երբեք ապագա չի դառնա։ Եթե ոմանք հեռանում են ձեր կյանքից, ուրեմն նրանք Ձեր կյանքում տեղ չունեցող մարդիկ են եղել։ Հիշեք, որ ամեն ինչ ավելի լավ կլինի, պարզապես ոչ այդ մարդու հետ։
