Արսեն Բաբայանն` ԱԺ արտահերթ նիստ գումարելու պահանջի մասին

ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչության պետ Արսեն Բաբայանն«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում անդրադարձել է Երևանում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունների առնչությամբ ԱԺ արտահերթ նիստ գումարելու մասին հնչող պահանջներին:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հարցին ի պատասխան` Բաբայանը մասնավորապես նշել է.
«Հարցը կարգավորված է ԱԺ կանոնակարգ օրենքի 41-րդ հոդվածով, ըստ որի՝ արտահերթ նիստ գումարում է ԱԺ նախագահը՝ Հանրապետության Նախագահի, պատգամավորների ընդհանուր թվի առնվազն մեկ երրորդի կամ Կառավարության նախաձեռնության առկայության դեպքում: Օրենսդրությամբ նախատեսված առիթների ու պայմանների առկայության դեպքում Ազգային ժողովն իր գործառույթները կիրականանցնի ամբողջ ծավալով»:
ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկապահակային ծառայության գնդի տարածքում հուլիսի 17-ին սկսված զինվածմիջադեպի արդյունքում հոսպիտալացվել է 6 տուժած։ Հուլիսի 18-ի առավոտյան նրանցից մեկը դուրս է գրվել։ Այս պահիդրությամբ վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքներում են գտնվում հրազենային վնասվածք ստացած երկու տուժածներ(«Էրեբունի» ԲԿ և ՊՆ կենտրոնական զինվորական հոսպիտալ)։ Նրանց վիճակը մասնագետները գնահատում են կայուն ծանր`դրական շարժընթացով։ Երկուսին էլ վիրահատել են։ Մեկ այլ տուժածի մոտ ախտորոշել է սրտային անբավարարություն։«Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» ԲԿ-ում ստացած անհրաժեշտ բուժօգնության արդյունքում այժմ վիճակը բավարար է։ Այս պահիդրությամբ ստացիոնար բուժում է ստանում 5 տուժած, որից 2-ը` «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ-ում, 1-ը` «Հերացի» թիվ 1 համալսարանականհամալիրում, 1-ը` «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» ԲԿ-ում և ևս 1-ը` ՊՆ կենտրոնական զինվորական հոսպիտալում։ Եվս երեքտուժած անհրաժեշտ բժշկական օգնություն է ստացել ամբուլատոր պայմաններում:
