«Չնայած Խորենացու փողոցում կատարվածը շեղել Է քաղաքական դաշտի ուշադրությունը, սակայն և՛ իշխանական, և ընդդիմադիր ուժերը ժամանակ չեն կորցնում խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին իրենց մասնակցության ձևերը փնտրելու հարցում։ Ընդդիմադիր դաշտում, ի տարբերություն իշխանության, ամեն ինչ խիստ անորոշ Է։ Չգիտեն, ում հետ ինչպես գնալ ընտրությունների, որ խիստ բարդացված ԸՕ-ի չափոոոշիչներով հայտնվեն խորհրդարանում։

Խորհրդարանական ընդդիմության պարագայում իսկապես խոչընդոտները շատ են։ Բոլորն ուզում են կրկին լինել խորհրդարանում, բայց ոչ մեկը չի վայելում հանրության վստահությունը։ Ժամանակին ՀԱԿ դաշինքը մեծ վստահություն ուներ հանրության շրջանում, սակայն այդ միավորումից այսօր բան չմնաց։ Մտավախություն կա, որ համանուն կուսակցությունը՝ ՀԱԿ-ը, եթե դարձյալ դաշինքով մասնակցի ընտրություններին, չի կարող անցողիկ շեմը հաղթահարել, իսկ առանձին մասնակցության դեպքում հնարավորությունները մեծանում են։ Այս պարագայում ՀԱԿ-ին հավատարիմ մնացած ՀԺԿ առաջնորդ Ստեփան Դեմիրճյանը ինքնաբերաբար կհայտնվի լուսանցքում։

Մեր տեղեկություններով, ՀԱԿ-ում այս օրերին մտածում են ինչպես իրենց թիմակցին հասկացնեն, որ նրա հետ զրո արդյունք են ունենալու, առանց նրա գոնե մի քանի մանդատի հույս կլինի։ Կոպիտ ասած, խնդիր Է դրված մինչև աշուն Ստեփան Դեմիրճյանին «նեղացնել», հեռացնել իրենցից։ Նույն աղբյուրի պնդմամբ. սրանում կա նաև Դեմիրճյանի մեղքը, քանի որ նա չկարողացավ այս տարիների ընթացքում կուսակցությունը այնպիսի մակարդակի վրա պահել, որ ՀԺԿ-ին «կորցնելը» հեշտ չլինի։ Այլ խոսքով, այս կուսակցության պարագայում Էլ ճիշտ Է ասված՝ անունը կա, ամանում չկա»,–գրում է թերթը։
