ԵՄ-ը բացառել է 2016 թվականի ընթացքում Թուրքիայի հետ վիզային ռեժիմի վերացման հնարավորությունը

Եվրամիությունը Թուրքիայում պետական հեղաշրջման փորձից հետո բացառել է Անկարայի համար 2016 թվականին առանց վիզային ռեժիմի հաստատումը
Այս մասին հայտարարարել է թվային էկոնոմիկայի եւ հասարակության գծով ԵՄ հանձնակատար Գյունթեր Օթինգերը:
Նրա խոսքով` թուրքական իշխանություններին նախ անհրաժեշտ է կատարել Բրյուսելի կողմից դրված պայմանները: Մասնավորապես, Թուրքիայում պետք է օրենքի գերակայություն հաստատվի:
«Ներկա պահին մենք դա դա չենք տեսնում», -ասել է Օթինգերը:
Եվրահանձնակատարը քննադատել է խորհրդարանականներին անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու մասին Թուրքիայում վերջերս ընդունված օրենքը: Նրա կարծիքով` այդ օրենքն ուղղված է ընդդիմադիր կուսակցությունների վերացմանը, երկրում ազատ խոսքի ճնշմանը եւ խռովությունից հետո զտումների անցկացմանը:
«Պետությունը չպետք է հազարներով ազատվի անհարմար դատավորներից: Դատական համակարգի անկախությունն առանցքային տարր է», -հավելել է եվրահանձնակատարը:
Դրան զուգահեռ Օթինգերը քննադատության է ենարկել մահապատիժը վերականգնելու հնարավորության մասին թուրքական իշխանությունների հայտարարությունները:
«Ոչ մի պետություն չի կարող Եվրամիության անդամ դառնալ, եթե այնտեղ առկա է մահապատիժ»,- ամփոփել է քաղաքական գործիչը:
Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը չի բացառել երկրում 2004 թվականին վերացված մահապատժի վերականգնումը, եթե խորհրդարանը հավանության արժանացնի այն:
