Արցախի օմբուդսմենը դասախոսություն է կարդացել Երիտասարդական խորհրդարանում

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովին կից երիտասարդական խորհրդարանի անդամները հուլիսի 19-ին հանդիպել են Արցախի Հանրապետության Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Ռուբեն Մելիքյանի հետ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից:
«Մարդու իրավունքները՝ որպես ժամանակակից քաղաքակրթության անկյունաքար» թեմայով դասախոսության համատեքստում օմբուդսմենը երիտասարդական խորհրդարանի անդամներին ներկայացրել է մարդու իրավունքների գաղափարախոսության զարգացման պատմությունը եւ դրանց ընկալման առանձնահատկություններն արդի արագ փոփոխվող աշխարհում: Անդրադառնալով «մարդու իրավունք» հասկացության՝ որպես հաղթաթուղթ ներկայացնելու խնդրին՝ Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը կարեւորել է իրավունքների հավասարակշռման մեխանիզմների կիրառման ու դրա գործիքակազմի ճիշտ ընտրությունը:
Հանդիպման ավարտին երիտասարդական խորհրդարանի անդամները հարցադրումներ են արել օմբուդսմենին՝ կապված ՄԻՊ ինստիտուտի գործունեության, քաղաքացիների՝ իրենց իրավունքների ու ազատությունների վերաբերյալ իրազեկվածության, հանրակրթական ու բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատություններում Սահմանադրական իրավունք առարկայի առավել համարժեք ուսումնասիրության եւ հասարակության իրավագիտակցության բարձրացման ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքների հետ:
