«Ով վախենում է՝ թող մեզ դիմի». Երեւանի ոստիկանապետը՝ Սեդրակյանի ու Հայրապետյանի կազմակերպած ծեծի մասին

«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Երեւանի ոստիկանապետից հետաքրքրվեցինք վերջին կրիմինալ դեպքերով եւ դրանց իրավական ընթացքով։ Հիմա կա՞ն, թե՞ չկան թաղային հեղինակություններ, եւ արդյոք կպատժվե՞ն այս քրեածին տարրերը, որոնք չեն խնայել անգամ հղի կնոջը, որը բռնության հետեւանքով կորցրել է երեխային։ Կարապետյանը խուսափում էր թեմայից խոսել՝ նշելով, թե քննություն է կատարվում։

«Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանի եւ Արսեն Ավետիսյանի միջադեպով քննություն է կատարվում, ու ես դրանով ոչինչ չեմ կարող ասել։ Ինչ վերաբերում է Ձեր նշած մյուս դեպքին, որ ծեծի են ենթարկել Արեշում, էլի պիտի ասեմ, որ նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում»,- ասաց Կարապետյանը։ Բայց, ի տարբերություն առաջին դեպքի, վստահեցրեց, որ անկաշկանդ են գործում. «Նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում, բայց Մհեր Սեդրակյանի անունը չի հրապարակվել: Ոստիկանությունը անկաշկանդ է, ու չկա նման իրավիճակ՝ օպերատիվ իրավիճակը չվերահսկվելու, մեղավորներին չհայտնաբերելու ու պատժի չենթարկելու առումով։ Քննություն է գնում, թե իրականում վերջում ինչ է՝ կպարզվի: Խորհուրդ կտամ վերջում անդրադառնաք։ Պրակտիկայում լինում է, որ իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող տեղեկություններ են լինում, դրա համար վերջում պարզ կլինի»,- հավաստիացրեց Աշոտ Կարապետյանը։

Հարցին, թե ինչո՞ւ չեն գնում Վահանի այն հայտարարության հետքերով, որ ինքը ճանաչում է իրենց վրա հարձակվողներին ու պնդում, որ Մհեր Սեդրակյանի շրջապատն է, Երեւանի ոստիկանապետը պատասխանեց. «Բոլոր տեսակի հետքերով գնացել ենք, քննությունը գնում է, քննության ավարտից հետո պարզ կլինի»։

Ինչ վերաբերում է ծեծված բնակչի այն ահազանգին, որ թաղամասում բնակվելն իր ընտանիքի կյանքի համար վտանգավոր է, եւ, առհասարակ, Արեշում Սեդրակյանների ստեղծած վախի մթնոլորտին, Ա. Կարապետյանն ասաց. «Դա իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում: Խնդրեմ, վախեցողները թող դիմեն մեզ, միջոցներ կձեռնարկենք։ Երեւանում եւ ընդհանրապես հանրապետությունում նման վիճակ չկա։ Ես Ձեզ խնդրում եմ՝ քննության ավարտից հետո զանգեք եւ հրապարակեք արդյունքները։ Քննության ընթացքում իմ մեկնաբանություններ անելն ավելորդ է»։

Ինչ խոսք, այն, որ Երեւանի որոշ թաղամասերում եւ հանրապետության որոշ քաղաքներում բնակիչներն ապրում են մականունավորների ստեղծած սարսափի մթնոլորտում, որոնք էլ իրենց հերթին գործում են իշխանության հովանու ներքո, բացարձակ անպատժելիության մթնոլորտում, վաղուց արդեն մեր երկրում օրինաչափություն է, իսկ դրա դեմ պայքարը՝ իրավապահների ուժից վեր»:
