Ինչպես տնային պայմաններում մարմնի վրայից հեռացնել տիզը

Ամառային բացօթյա հանգստի այս թեժ շրջանում հաճախակի հանդիպող երևույթ են տիզերը: Ընդ որում, մեր և այդ անտանելի տհաճ ու սարսափելի վտանգավոր միջատների հետ հանդիպումը առաջին րոպեներին գրեթե միշտ ուղեկցվում է խուճապով: Այո, սարսափելի է, երբ բնության գրկում անցկացրած հաճելի հանգստից հետո բացահայտում ես, որ քեզ հետ, իսկ ավելի կոնկրետ քո մարմնի վրա տուն ես բերել տիզ: Տիզից ազատվելու ամենաճիշտ ու անվտանգ ուղեցույցը այսօր կետ առ կետ կյուրացնենք միասին:
1.Առաջին բանը, որ պետք է անել տիզին բացահայտելուց հետո՝ տիզի խոցած տարածքն ամբողջովին ախտահանելն է: Դա կարելի է անել սպիրտով, յոդով, բայց ոչ ջրածնի պերօքսիդով, որովհետև այդպես հնարավոր է տիզի մի մասը չորանա ու պոկվի, իսկ գլուխը մնա մաշկի տակ:
2. Անպայման հագիր ռետինե ձեռնոցներ և անցիր գործի: Ախտահանիր ձեռքիդ տակ գտնվող գործիքն ու շատ դանդաղ ու առանց կտրուկ շարժումների փորձիր ոլորել տիզի մարմինը իր առանցքի շուրջ:
3.Երբ արդեն կհանես միջատին, չմոռանաս վերացնել նրան: Այնուհետև անմիջապես մշակիր վերքը՝ ախտահանելով այն ձեռքի տակ ունեցած ցանկացած միջոցով:
Այս մեթոդով տիզը հեռացնել կարելի է դեպքից 2 օրվա ընթացքում, իսկ ահա երբ տիզը բացահայտել ես դեպքից 3 և ավելի օր հետո, ապա այն հեշտ չես կարող հեռացնել, որովհետև միջատն արդեն բավականին խորը մխրճված կլինի մաշկիդ տակ: Միջատը հեռացնելու համար կրկին ախտահանիր մաշկդ, այնուհետև՝ ներարկիչի գլխային մասը զգուշորեն սուր գործիքով հեռացրու:
Խարտոցով բթացրու ներարկիչի կտրվածքի հատվածի սրությունը: Հետո տեղավորիր ներարկիչն այնպես, որ տիզի ոչ մի ոտիկ դրսում չմնա ու քաշիր ներարկիչը: Ստեղծված վակուումի շնորհիվ միջատը կսկսի հետ նահանջել: Արա նույն գործողությունը այքան, մինչև կնկատես, որ միջատի գլուխը արդեն մոտ է:
Այդ ժամանակ մի կողմ թող ներակիչն ու ռետինե ձեռնոց հագնելուց հետո ձեռքով կամ գործիքի օգնությամբ զգուշորեն ու առանց շտապելու պտտող շարժումով փորձիր հանել միջատին:
Երբ արդեն կհանես՝ անպայման ախտահանիր վերքը, եթե արյուն է հոսում, ապա շատ ավելի լավ է, թող արյունը հանգիստ հոսի ու վերքը ինքնամաքրվի: Վերքը չմոռանաս մշակել օրվա ընթացքում մի քանի անգամ: Եթե բոլոր այս գործողություններն անցել են ապարդյուն, ապա շտապ դիմիր բժշկի:
