Ոստիկանության գնդապետ Վանոյանին հիշելու են որպես նվիրված հոր և պարտաճանաչ ոստիկանի

Զինված խմբի հարձակման հետևանքով զոհված ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արթուր Վանոյանին վերջին հրաժեշտը տվեցին հարազատները, ընկերները, ոստիկան գործընկերները, ինչպես նաև ԱԺ պատգամավորներ: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` 49 տարեկանում կյանքից հեռացած գնդապետին ճանաչողները հիշելու են որպես ընտանիքի նվիրված հոր, սիր ելի զավակի և պարտաճանաչ ոստիկանի: 

Գործընկեր Ալբերտ Սարգսյանի խոսքով`Արթուր Վանոյանը դրական անձնավորություն էր, ով որքան էլ առաջընթաց ունեցավ կարիերայում, միևնույնն է իր աշխատակիցներին հորդորեց առաջին հերթին լինել մարդ, հետո ոստիկան:  

«Արթուր Վանոյանը, ինչպես և բոլորս, երազում էր լավ, արժանապատիվ, գեղեցիկ, կապույտ երկնքով Հայաստանի մասին: Այստեղ հավաքվածներն էլ նույնն են ցանկանում, որ խաղաղություն լինի, աշխատեն ու արժանապատիվ ապրեն»,-ասաց մեր զրուցակիցը: Նա շեշտեց. «Վանոյանն ընտանիքի լավ հայր էր, լավ զավակ, ցավում եմ, որ անցյալով եմ խոսում նրա մասին, այսպիսի բան չպիտի լիներ»: 

Հանգուցյալի նախկին հրամանատար, գնդապետ Արթուր Խաչատրյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ Վանոյանը ծառայությունը լեյտենանտից մինչև գնդի հրամանատարի տեղակալ իր հետ է անցել: «Նա համակարգի լավագույն տղաներից մեկն էր, պարտաճանաչ, վստահելի, ոչ մի անգամ չէր երկնչում հանցագործի առաջ, իր նման տղաներ շատ քիչ են մնացել: Նա չհանձնվեց, եթե հանձնվեր, երևի ես իրեն չճանաչեի»,-ասաց Խաչատրյանը:

Կատարվածի վերաբերյալ իր վրդովմունքն արտահայտելով` ոստիկանության պաշտոնյան նկատեց, որ Վանոյանի մահը մղվում է հետին պլան, քանի որ ամբողջ ազգի վրա են կրակել: «Եթե այսօր կրակում են պետականության վրա, վաղը կկրակեն բոլորիս վրա, եթե ունենք պետականության, պետք է սրբորեն պահպանենք այն»,-նշեց նա:

Հուլիսի 17-ի առավոտյան մի խումբ զինված անձինք մուտք են գործել ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկապահակային ծառայության գնդի տարածք և բռնության սպառնալիքով պահել այնտեղ գտնվող անձանց` պահանջելով ազատ արձակել մոտ մեկ ամիս առաջ մի խումբ անձանց կողմից ապօրինի կերպով զենք և ռազմամթերք ձեռ բերելը, փոխադրելը և պահելը կազմակերպելու մեղադրանքով կալանավորված Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանին:

Արթուր Վանոյանը Երևան քաղաքի վարչության պարեկապահակետային գնդի հրամանատարի տեղակալ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ էր, զոհվել է հուլիսի 17-ին ծառայողական պարտականությունները կատարելիս: Արթուր Վանոյանը ծնվել է 1967 թվականին: Ավարտել է Հայկական գյուղատնտեսական ակադեմիան և ՌԴ ՆԳՆ կառավարման ակադեմիան: Ծառայությունը ոստիկանության մարմիններում սկսել է 1995 թվականին՝ անցնելով օպերլիազորից ՊՊԾ գնդի հրամանատարի տեխնիկայի գծով տեղակալի ծառայողական ուղին: Գերազանց ծառայության համար արժանացել է երկու տասնյակ խրախուսանքների: Ամուսնացած էր, ուներ եր եք երեխա:
