«Արցախյան պատերազմի հերոս գեներալ մայոր Արկադի Տեր-Թադևոսյանը՝ Կոմանդոսը, տևական ժամանակ Է՝ չի երևում մամուլում, հարցազրույցներ չի տալիս։ Նրա բջջային հեռախոսն անհասանելի է: Մինչդեռ հատկապես ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի օրերին և դրանից հետո Տեր-Թադևոսյանին հաճախ կարելի Էր տեսնել մամուլի Էջերում և հեռուստատեսային տարբեր հաղորդումներում։ Պարզվեց, որ գեներալ մայորը մոտ մեկ ամիս առաջ վիրահատության է ենթարկվել, այժմ Էլ ապաքինվում Է։ «Նրա մոտ մի խնդիր Էր, որն ի հայտ Է գալիս այդ տարիքի շատ տղամարդկանց մոտ»,–ասաց մեր աղբյուրը։ ԴՕՍԱԱՖ-ից մեզ հայտնեցին, որ Տեր-Թադևոսյանն ընդամենը մի քանի ժամով է գալիս աշխատանքի և մինչև օրվա վերջ չի մնում (գեներալ մայորը ԴՕՍԱԱՖ-ի կենտրոնական խորհրդի նախագահն Է)։ Մեզ հաջողվեց կապ հաստատել պրն. Տեր-Թադևոսյանի հետ, սակայն երբ նա իմացավ, որ զանգողը լրագրող Է, խուսափեց հարցերին պատասխանելուց՝ առաջարկելով մի ժամից զանգել։ Պայմանավորված ժամին կրկին զանգեցինք, սակայն հեռախոսն անջատված Էր։ Հավանաբար, այս «խառը» օրերին նա Էլ, ինչպես շատ գործիչներ, խուսափում Է տեղի ունեցածի վերաբերյալ գնահատականներ տալուց։ Նկատենք, որ Կոմանդոսը կողմ Էր արտահայտվել նախկինում հայկական ուժերի վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող 800 հեկտարը հետ գրավելուն և կարծիք Էր հայտնել, որ դա պետք Է արվի պետական մակարդակով, այսինքն՝ հրամանը պետք Է վերևից տրվի։ Նա և Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանը ժամանակ առաջ հանդիպումներ Էին ունենում և քննարկում Արցախի իրադրության վերաբերյալ խնդիրներ, մասնավորապես՝ կորսված տարածքները ետ վերադարձնելու հնարավորությունը»»,–գրում է թերթը։
