Էրդողանն ու Օբաման քննարկել են Գյուլենի արտահանձնման հարցը

Միացյալ Նահանգների նախագահ Բարաք Օբաման և Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը հեռախոսազրույց են ունեցել և քննարկել ԱՄՆ-ում հաստատված Ֆեթուլլահ Գյուլենի կարգավիճակը: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Reuters-ը:
ԱՄՆ Սպիտակ տան խոսնակ Ջոշ Էրնեստը հայտնել է, որ Թուրքիայի կառավարությունը Գյուլենի մասին լրացրել է հատուկ էլեկտրոնային դիմումը, որով ակնկալվում է արտահանձնել գործչին: Խոսնակը տեղեկացրել է, որ ԱՄՆ պաշտոնյաները թուրքական կողմի գործընկերներին հայտնել են, որ անհրաժեշտ է ներկայացնել ապացույցներ զինված հեղաշրջման փորձում Գյուլենի մեղավորության մասին, որից հետո հարցը կքննարկվի` համաձայն երկու երկրի միջև առկա համաձայնագրի:
Հեռախոսազրույցի ժամանակ նախագահ Օբաման առաջարկել է ԱՄՆ օգնությունը հեղաշրջման փորձի հետաքննության շրջանակում: Էրնեստը հիշեցրել է, որ անգամ մանրամասն հետաքննության ընթացքում Թուրքիան պետք է հարգի ժողովրդավարության սկզբունքները:
ԱՄՆ փոխպետքարտուղար Թոնի Բլինքենը հուլիսի 19-ին հանդիպել է Թուրքիայի դեսպանի հետ և քննարկել Գյուլենի արտահանձնման հարցը:
Թուրքիայում հուլիսի 15-ի ձախողված հեղաշրջման ժամանակ Թուրքիայիտարբեր քաղաքներում սկսված բախումների հետևանքով զոհվել է շուրջ 290 մարդ: Վիրավորների թիվը պաշտոնական տվյալներով 1440 է: Թուրքիայիարդարադատության նախարար Բեքիր Բոզդաղը հայտարարել է, որ երկրում «զտումները» շարունակվում են, ձերբակալված է շուրջ 6 հազար մարդ:Ակնկալվում է, որ այս թիվն առաջիկայում ավելանալու է:
Թուրքիայի իշխանությունները կատարվածի հետևում տեսնում են ԱՄՆ Փենսիլվանիա քաղաքում ապաստանած Ֆեթուլլահ Գյուլենին, ով 2014 թվականին «Մեծկաշառքի» գործով տեղի ունեցած բացահայտումներից հետո դարձել է Էրդողանի թշնամին:
