Life.panorama.am-ը շարունակում է իր շարքն ու ներկայացնում հայտնի հայուհիների գեղեցկության գաղտնիքները: Այս անգամ իր խնամքի տարբերակներով ու գեղեցիկ մնալու գաղտնիքներով կիսվել է «Միսս Հայաստան 2001» տիտղոսը կրող Իրինա Թովմասյանը:

-Իրինա, դուք մշտապես խնամված եւ գեղեցիկ տեսք ունեք, կկիսվե՞ք Ձեր գեղեցկությանբանձեւով:

- Գեղեցիկ տեսքն իմ կարծիքով գալիս է նաեւ ներաշխարհից: Արտաքին տեսք + հանգիստ հոգեվիճակ + ներդաշնակություն ինքդ քեզ հետ + բարություն՝ ահա այս բաղադրատոմսն ունի կնոջ գեղեցկության գաղտնիքը:

 -Ունե՞ք խնամքի հատուկ, սեփական տարբերակ, օրինակ դիմակներ, որոնք ինքներդ եքպատրաստում:

-  Այո, ունեմ այդպիսի միջոցներ: Ի դեպ՝ իմ ողջ կյանքում նման պրոցեդուրաներ իրականացնելու համար երեւի թե չորս անգամ եմ եղել խնամքի կենտրոններում: Նախընտրում եմ ինքս բնական դիմակներ պատրաստել, որոնք շատ ավելի արդյունավետ են, քան արհեստական միջոցները: Օրինակ՝ այս սեզոնի համար շատ օգտակար են բանանի, ելակի եւ ազնվամորու հիմքով դիմակները, կամ առանց հավելյալ ատրիբուտների՝ դրանց օգտագործումը:

-Իրինա, Ձեր կազմվածքը կարծես թե տարիների ընթացքում չի փոխվում: Հետաքրքիր է՝ կառուցվածքը պահպաելու համար հաճախո՞ւմ եք սպա կենտրոններ կամ գուցե սպորտովեք զբաղվում: Նաեւ հետաքրքիր է՝ երբեւէ դիետաների դիմե՞լ եք:

-  Սպա կենտրոններ նախընըտրում եմ հաճախել մերսման պրոցեդուրաների համար: Ինչ վերաբերվում է դիետաներին՝ իմ ողջ կյանքում 2-3 անգամ եմ դիմել դիետաներին, այն էլ ընդամենը չորս օրով, ի դեպ՝ այդ քայլին գնացել եմ ծննդաբերություններց հետո, երբ ուզում էի արագ վերականգնել կազմվածքս: Ես շատ քաղցրակեր եմ եւ առհասարակ սիրում եմ ուտել, դրա համար սիստեմատիկորեն զբաղվում եմ լողով, սպորտով, հաճախում եմ նաեւ յոգայի եւ պարի: Կարծում եմ՝ հենց սա էլ իմ հաջողության գրավականն է: Բացի այս, եթե կինն ունի երեք երեխա, վարում է ակտիվ կենսկերպ, աշխատում է, ուրեմն ուզի թե չուզի գեղեցիկ կազմվածք կունենա:

-Իրինա, ոչ մեկի աչքից չի վրիպի նաեւ Ձեր փարթամ ու խնամված մազերը, այս հարցում ի՞նչ գաղտնիքներ ունեք:

-  Նախ պետք է ասեմ, որ մազերս սկսել եմ ներկել բոլորովին վերջերս, երբ արդեն դրա անհրաժեշտությունը կար, մինչ այս իմ բնական գույնն եմ պահպանել, հիմա էլ, երբ սկսել եմ ներկել մազերս, չեմ հեռացել իմ նախկին՝ բնական երանգից: Ի դեպ՝ մազերս ներկում եմ ամենաանվնաս ներկով, իսկ կտրում ու թարմացնում եմ ամեն շաբաթ, որպեսզի դրանք առողջ աճեն ու պահպանն որակը:

-Եթե հետեւենք Ձեր ոճին, կնկատենք, որ սիրում եք հետեւել նորաձեւության թրենդներին:Հետաքրքիր է՝ հագնվելիս ավելի շատ նշանակություն եք տալիս նորաձեւությանը, թեհարմարավետությանը:

-  Այո, հետեւում եմ նորաձեւությանը, բայց ընտրում եմ ոչ միայն նորաձեւ, այլեւ հարմարավետ հագուստ եւ որ ամենակարեւորը՝ ինձ սազական: Ինձ համար կարեւորը է, որ հագուստը գեղեցիկ դիտվի ինձ վրա, լինի հարմարավետ, որպեսզի ես ինձ ազատ զգամ, իսկ վերջում արդեն՝ ինչու ոչ, թող այն կրի նաեւ նորաձեւ էլեմենտներ:
