Աշխարհի ամենահարուստ մարդկանց վարկանշային ցուցակում, որը հրապարակվել է մարտի 2-ին Forbes ամերիկյան հանդեսում, եղել է հայկական ծագմամբ 5 միլիարդատեր:
Նրանցից ամենահարուստը, ըստ Forbes-ի գնահատականի, դարձել է Սերգեյ Գալիցկին (Հարությունյանը): Նրա կարողությունը գնահատվում է 8.3 միլիարդ դոլար, իսկ աշխարհի ամենահարուստ մարդկանց ցուցակում նա զբաղեցնում է 162-րդ հորիզոնականը:
Գալիցկինը նաև զբաղեցնում է Ռուսաստանի ամենահարուստ մարդկանց ցուցակի 15-րդ հորիզոնականը:
Հայազգի միլիարդատերերի ցուցակում երկրորդ հորիզոնականն է զբաղեցրել Քըրք Քըրքոյանը, ով հանդիսանում է ԱՄՆ-ի քաղաքացի: Նրա կարողությունը գնահատվում է 4.2 միլիարդ, իսկ աշխարհի ամենահարուստ մարդկանց ցուցակում նա զբաղեցրել է 328-րդ հորիզոնականը: «Տաշիր» գրուպ ընկերության ղեկավար Սամվել Կարապետյանը ցուցակում զբաղեցրել է 418-րդ հորիզոնականը: Նրա կարողությունը վերլուծաբանները գնահատում են 4 միլիարդ դոլար:
49-ամյա Կարապետյանը Ռուսաստանի ամենահարուստ մարդկանց ցուցակում զբաղեցնում է 26-րդ հորիզոնականը: «Ռոսգոսստրախ»-ի սեփականատեր Դանիլ Խաչատուրովը 1.6 միլիարդ դոլար կարողությամբ զբաղեցնում է 1190-րդ հորիզոնականը: Forbes-ի ռուսաստանյան ցուցակում նա զբաղեցնում է 52-րդ հորիզոնականը:
Հայկական ծագմամբ արգենտինացի Էդուարդո Էռնեկյանը ցուցակում զբաղեցրել է 1006-րդ հորիզոնականը, նրա կարողությունը գնահատվել է 1.9 միլիարդ: Ուշագրավ է, որ այս ցուցակում հայտնված բոլոր հայերն ապրում են Հայաստանի սահմաններից դուրս:
Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է ընդհանուր առմամբ դոլարային միլիարդատերներին, ապա նշենք, որ ցուցակում հայտնվել է 1826 մարդ: Նրանց համընդհանուր կարողությունը 7,05 տրիլիոն դոլար է` 600 միլիարդ դոլարով ավելի, քան մեկ տարի առաջ էր: Ցուցակում 290 նորեկ կա, նրանցից 71-ը՝ Չինաստանի ներկայացուցիչ:
