Հայաստանի ստեղծագործական միությունների նախագահների խորհուրդը հայտարարություն է տարածել` հորդորելով համախմբվել, լրջորեն խորհել ժողովրդի համար բախտորոշ ժամանակում ծառացած խնդիրները շուտափույթ լուծելու մասին:  

«Խորապես մտահոգված ենք վերջին օրերին Երևանում ստեղծված իրավիճակով: Դեռ մխում է մեր ցավը ապրիլյան քառօրյայի ժամանակ զոհված երիտասարդ, հայրենասեր 20 տարին չբոլորած տղաների համար: Դեռ հպարտանում ենք մեր ժողովրդի աննախադեպ միասնականությամբ,  երբեք չենք մտածել, որ այսօր, այս հանգամանքներում մենք, ողջախոհության Կոչ պետք է անենք, պետք է խնդրենք հային, որ հայի արյուն չթափի: Հիշենք մեր մեծերին. Անդրանիկ Զորավարի կոչը հայ ժողովրդին. «Ամենայն ցավալին այն է, որ հայը սկսում է եղբայր հայը սպանել… ետ կացեք, անգամ մը խորհեք, թե ինչ կընեք, ամո թ է…ժամանակն է  սթափվել, ազգային քով-քովի գանք: Քաջությունը, դրամը, զենքը չէ, որ կպակսի մեզի, այլ կամքը… 1906թ.»:

Ավելի լավ հնարավոր չէ ասել: Մենք դիմում ենք բոլորին, հորդորում ենք մեր հայրենակիցներին` համախմբվել, լրջորեն խորհել մեր ժողովրդի համար բախտորոշ այս ժամանակում ծառացած խնդիրները շուտափույթ և միայն ու միայն անարյուն ճանապարհով լուծելու մասին»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` նշված է հայտարարության մեջ, որի տակ ստորագրել են Արամ Սաթյանը, Հակոբ Ղազանչյանը, Աստղիկ Գևորգյանը, Էդվարդ Միլիտոնյանը, Ռուբեն Գևորգյանցը, Կարեն Աղամյանը, Մկրտիչ Մինասյանը:
