Հայ մի խումբ հայտնի մտավորականներ հայտարարությամբ Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանին են դիմել, որպեսզի նա միջամտի ու կանխի դեպքերի հետագա անցանկալի հետևանքները՝ հորդորելով իր ընկերներին վայր դնել զենքն ու հանձնվել իրավապահներին:
