Կառավարությունն Արմավիրի համայնքներին 21.8, իսկ Արթիկի բնակիչներին՝ 3.8 միլիոն դրամ կտրամադրի

ՀՀ կառավարությունը որոշում է կայացրել գումար հատկացնել Գեղարքունիքի, Արմավիրի, Կոտայքի և Սյունիքի մարզերի մի շարք համայնքների` կարկտահարության և հեղեղումների վնասները փոխհատուցելու համար: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` որոշման նախագիծը կառավարության նիստում ներկայացրել է ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանը: « Կոտայքի և Արմավիրի մարզերի մի շարք համայնքներում հունիս և հուլիս ամիսներին հորդառատ անձրևների և կարկտահարության հետևանքով տուժել են բնակիչներ, բնակելի տներ և օժանդակ շինություններ, ինչպես նաև վնասվել են մի շարք գյուղամիջյան ճանապարհներ, կամուրջներ, հենապատեր: Անհրաժեշտ է ՀՀ Արմավիրի մարզի մի շարք համայնքների բնակիչներին աջակցելու նպատակով տրամադրել 21 միլիոն 875 հազար, իսկ Շիրակի մարզի Արթիկ համայնքի բնակիչներին՝ 3 միլիոն 800 հազար դրամ: Ըստ նախագծի՝ Գեղարքունիքի մարզում հորդառատ անձրևների պատճառով դժվարանցանելի եւ որոշ հատվածներւմ նույնիսկ անանցանելի են դարձել Հ30-Անտառամեջ՝ 4,5 կմ և Հ30-Կալավան՝ 7 կմ մարզային նշանակության ճանապարհները»,-ասված է որոշման նախագծում:
2016 թվականի հունիսի 24-ին տեղացած անձրևի և կարկուտի պատճառով առաջացած ջրհեղեղից անանցանելի են դարձել Կարճաղբյուր համայնքի ներկա ճանապարհները շուրջ 5 կմ: Ճանապարհների վերանորոգման համար կպահանջվի 5 միլիոն դրամ: ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի Կապան համայնքի վնասված ճանապարհների վերականգման համար կպահանջվի շուրջ 55 մլն դրամ:
