ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն քրեական գործ է հարուցել Մալաթիայում հնչած կրակոցների դեպքի առթիվ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` երկու կամ ավելի անձանց առողջությանը դիտավորությամբ ծանր վնաս պատճառելու դեպքի առթիվ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի եպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից՝ հավելելով. «2016 թվականի հուլիսի 20-ին` ժամը 13:50-ին, «Աստղիկ» բժշկական կենտրոնից ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ «պոլիտրավմա» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել 1966թ. ծնված Ռ.Կոստանյանը, իսկ ժամը 13:55-ին՝ արյունահոսող վերքերով մի տղամարդու տեղափոխման մասին:

Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողութունների արդյունքում պարզվել է տղամարդու ինքնությունը, ով Երևանի բնակիչ, 1972 թ. ծնված Ռ.Ավետիսյանն է և որ  նշված երկու անձինք մարմնական վնասվածքներ են ստացել նույն վայրում։

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 20-ին` ժամը 12:30-ի սահմաններում, Ռ.Ավետիսյանը և Ռ.Կոստանյանը  վիճաբանել են  Երևան քաղաքի Ծ.Իսակովի պողոտայում գտնվող հացատանը:

Վիճաբանության ձայները լսելով՝ ոստիկանության ծառայող Ռ.Եփրեմյանը  մուտք է գործել վիճաբանողների սենյակը և  նկատել, թե ինչպես է  Ռ.Ավետիսյանը կրակում  Ռ.Կոստանյանի ուղղությամբ՝ պատճառելով  հրազենային վնասվածք։ Ներկայանալով  որպես  ոստիկանության  ծառայող՝  Ռ.Եփրեմյանը  Ռ.Ավետիսյանից  պահանջել է վայր դնել զենքը, սակայն վերջինս ատրճանակն ուղղել է Ռ.Կոստանյանի ուուղղությամբ և արձակել ևս մեկ կրակոց:

Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցը քաղաքացու և իր  կյանքին ու առողջությանը սպառնացող իրական վտանգը կանխելու և Ռ.Ավետիսյանին  վնասազերծելու նպատակով իրեն ամրակցված  մարտական ատրճանակից կրակոց է արձակել Ռ.Ավետիսյանի աջ ազդրին և նրա ձեռքից վերցրել ատրճանակը։

Դեպքի առթիվ Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական  օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 9-րդ կետով:

Ատրճանակներն առգրավվել  են: Քրեական գործով էական հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել են դատաձգաբանական և դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։ Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ հետազոտումը պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություննապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտածդատավճռով»:
