Շիրակը դուրս մնաց Եվրոպայի չեմպիոնների լիգայի մրցաշարից

Եվրոպայի չեմպիոնների լիգայի խաղարկության 2-րդ փուլում «Շիրակն» այսօր հյուրընկալվել էր Տրնավայի «Սպարտակին»: Առաջին հանդիպումը, որ տեղի ունեցավ նախորդ շաբաթ Գյումրիում, ավարտվել էր ոչ ոքի՝ 1:1 հաշվով:
Այսօրվա հանդիպումն էլ, ցավոք, ավարտվեց «Շիրակի»` 0:2 հաշվով պարտությամբ, ինչի արդյունքում հայկական թիմն ընդհանուր դիմակայությունում զիջեց 1:3 հաշվով եւ դուրս մնաց մրցաշարի հետագա խաղերին մասնակցելու հնարավորությունից:
Առաջին խաղակեսն անցավ առանց թիմերից որեւէ մեկի դարպասի գրավմամբ, չնայած որ խաղակեսի վերջին րոպեները գյումրեցիները շատ ակտիվ անցկացրեցին:
Երկրորդ խաղակեսին արդեն սլովակ ֆուտբոլիստներին հաջողվեց երկու գոլ ուղարկել գյումրեցիների դարպասն ընդամնեը մի քանի րոպեի տարբերությամբ: Առաջին հարվածը ստացանք 58-րդ րոպեին, գոլի հեղինակը Իվան Շրանցն էր: Երկրորդ գոլը խփեց Ռոբերտ Տամբեն, 61-րդ րոպեին:
Արդեն 0:2 հաշվով պարտություն կրելով դաշտի տերերից, Շիրակը կարծես թե զիջեց դիրքերը վերջնականապես: Եվ մինչեւ խաղի ավարտը հաշիվը մնաց նույնությամբ:
