Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության աշխատակիցի թերի աշխատանքը պետության համար ութ միլիոն է արժեցել

Երեւան քաղաքի Արաբկիր եւ Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ պետական ծառայողի կողմից իր պարտականությունները թերի կատարելու եւ պետության օրինական շահերին վնաս պատճառելու դեպքի առթիվ:
Ըստ Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգի՝ Արծրուն Նաջարյանը զբաղեցրել է Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության աշխատակազմի շուկայի վերահսկողության պետական տեսչության փաստաթղթաշրջանառության եւ իրավական համակարգման բաժնի պետի պաշտոնը: Վերջինս օժտված է եղել վարչական տուգանքներ կիրառելու վերաբերյալ տեսչության պետի որոշումների նախապատրաստման, հաշվառման եւ գրանցման, կիրառված վարչական տուգանքների ամփոփման, հաշվետվությունների եւ տեղեկանքների կազմման աշխատանքների իրականացման պարտականություններ:
Արծրուն Նաջարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 2010-2013թթ. ընթացքում դրսեւորել է հանցավոր անփութություն, թերի եւ ոչ պատշաճ է կատարել քաղաքացիական ծառայողի պաշտոնի անձնագրով սահմանված իր պարտականությունները, որի արդյունքում պետական բյուջե չի վերականգնվել ութ միլիոն 320 հազար դրամի չափով գումար եւ պետության օրինական շահերին պատճառվել է էական վնաս։
Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության նախկին աշխատակիցը մեղադրվում է Քրեական օրենսգրքի 315-րդ հոդվածի(Պաշտոնեական անփութությունը) առաջին մասի հատկանիշներով: Ինչը պատժվում է տուգանքով՝ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի երեքհարյուրապատիկից հինգհարյուրապատիկի չափով, կամ ուղղիչ աշխատանքներով՝ վեց ամսից մեկ տարի ժամկետով, կամ կալանքով՝ առավելագույնը երկու ամիս ժամկետով:
