«Եկել է կանգ առնելու եւ Հայաստանում արմատական փոփոխություններ կատարելու ժամանակը». «Հայկական Վերածնունդ»

Երեկ տեղի է ունեցել «Հայկական վերածնունդ» կուսակցության կառավարման խորհրդի նիստը, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել է Էրեբունի ՊՊԾ գնդի գրավման հետեւանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակը եւ հանգուցալուծման հնարավոր ուղիները: Քննարկումների արդյունքում ՀՎԿ կառավարման խորհուրդն ընդունել է հայտարարություն՝ հետեւյալ բովանդակությամբ.
 
«Հայկական վերածնունդ» կուսակցությունը, ինչպես նախկինում, այսօր առավել եւս, գտնում է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում վաղուց հասունացել է արմատական եւ կտրուկ փոփոխությունների անհրաժեշտությունը՝ սոցիալ-տնտեսական, քաղաքական, դատա- իրավական, պաշտպանական եւ մնացած բոլոր ոլորտներում: Կուտակված բազմաթիվ խնդիրները, իշխանությունների կողմից դրանց անտեսումը, շատ հաճախ՝ լուծումներ առաջադրելու անկարողությունը, ամենուր տիրող անարդարությունը, տնտեսական ու քաղաքական մենաշնորհը, կոռուպցիան ու հովանավորչությունը երկրում ստեղծել են բարոյահոգեբանական պայթյունավտանգ իրավիճակ՝ ինչը ծայրաստիճան սրել է Հայաստանի ներքին ու արտաքին անվտանգության սպառնալիքները, որի թարմ ապացույցն է ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմը եւ այս օրերին Երեւանում եւ հանրապետությունում ծավալվող իրադարձությունները:
 
«Հայկական վերածնունդ» կուսակցությունն իր համոզմունքն է արտահայտել այն բանի նկատմամբ, որ ստեղծված իրավիճակը նաեւ ուղղակի եւ անուղղակի հետեւանքն է կուտակված վերը շարադրված հիմնախնդիրների՝ իշխանությունների կողմից անտեսմանը:
 
Միեւնույն ժամանակ, կուսակցությունն ընդունելի չի համարում քաղաքական նպատակներին հասնելու համար ոչ քաղաքական միջոցների կիրառումը՝ առավելեւս, որ դրանք հանգեցնում են մարդկային կորուստների եւ ողբերգական հետեւանքների:
 
«Մենք մերժում եւ դատապարտում ենք երկուստեք բռնության ցանկացած դրսեւորում եւ կոչ ենք անում իրավապահ մարմիններին հարգել քաղաքացիների օրինական իրավունքներն ու ազատությունները՝ անընդունելի համարելով ցուցարարների նկատմամբ իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից ոչ համաչափ ուժի ցանկացած կիրառում՝ միեւնույն ժամանակ դատապարտելով առանձին քաղաքացիների հրահրիչ եւ սադրիչ գործողությունները»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:
 
Վերջիններս նաեւ կոչ են անում երկու կողմին էլ ցուցաբերել զսպվածություն, չտրվել սադրանքներին, խուսափել արյունահեղությունից՝ խնդիրը լուծելով բացառապես բանակցությունների միջոցով:
