Հանրային խորհրդում հուլիսի 22-ին տեղի է ունեցել աշխատանքային հանդիպում ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանի հետ: Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են ՀԽ նախագահ Վազգեն Մանուկյանը, ՀԽ անդամներ, էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի տեղակալներ Հովհաննես Հովհաննիսյանը, Էմիլ Տարասյանը, էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության և Հայաստանի զարգացման հիմնդրամի ներկայացուցիչներ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Հանրային խորհրդի մամուլի ծառայությունից:

Հանդիպման օրակարգի առանցքում եղել են Հայաստանում արդյունաբերության զարգացման և ազատ ձեռներեցության խնդիրները, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանում քաղավիացիայի զարգացման հեռանկարները:

Արծվիկ Մինասյանը ներկայացրել է էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության գործառույթները և կիսամյակային կտրվածքով ՀՀ ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության հրապարակած տվյալները, անդրադարձել արդյունաբերության, ներդրումային քաղաքականության ոլորտում իրականացվող ծրագրերին և նախարարության կողմից մշակվող մի շարք օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություններին:

Նախարարն ընդգծել է, որ ՀՀ տնտեսությունն ու արդյունաբերական զարգացման ծրագրերը պետք է մշակվեն ՀՀ սահմանադրությա հենքի վրա՝ կարևորելով մրցունակ տնտեսական համակարգի ստեղծումը:  Արծվիկ Մինասյանն անդրադարձել է առանձին ոլորտներում գրանցված հաջողություններին՝ ներկայացնելով նաև խնդրահարույց ոլորտները, որտեղ լուրջ անելիքներ կան:

ՀԽ անդամները մի շարք հարցեր են բարձրացրել՝ ազատ ձեռներեցության զարգացման ու դրա խոչընդոտների, երկրի համար կարևորագույն նշանակություն ունեցող ոլորտներում պետության անմիջական մասնակցության, ՓՄՁ-ների զարգացման, առաջիկա 5-10 տարվա կտրվածքով արդյունաբերության զարգացման հայեցակարգի մշակման անհրաժեշտության և մի շարք այլ հարցերի վերաբերյալ:

ՀԽ անդամներն անդրադարձել են նաև արտաքին առևտրի խթանմանը, ներդրումներին, արտահանման խնդիրներին, պետություն-մասնավոր հատված գործընկերային հարաբերությունների զարգացման անհրաժեշտությանը, հանքային արդյունաբերության, տուրիզմի, ՏՏ և մի շարք այլ ոլորտների:

Անդրադարձ է եղել նաև Հարկային օրենսգրքին: ՀԽ անդամներն իրենց մտահոգություններն են ներկայացրել օրենսգրքի նախագծի որոշ դրույթների վերաբերյալ:

Հանդիպման ավարտին ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարը, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով արդյունավետ քննարկման համար, բարձրացված հարցերը լուծելու գործում ակնկալել է Հանրային խորհրդի աջակցությունը:

ՀԽ անդամները նույնպես շնորհակալություն են հայտնել նախարարին՝ ընդգծելով նախարարության և խորհրդի միջև հետագա փոխգործակցության կարևորությունը:
