 ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը հայտնում է, որ զինված խմբի կողմից ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկապահակային ծառայության (ՊՊԾ) գնդի տարածքի զավթման փաստի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ձեռք բերված դատավարական և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական տվյալների մշակման ու իրացման արդյունքում ձերբակալվել է խմբի անդամների հետ հանցավոր կապերի մեջ գնտվող անձանց խումբ, ովքեր աջակցել են նախկինում կատարվաÕ ® հանցանքներին և ներկայումս շարունակում են օժանդակել նախապատրաստվող նոր հանցագործություններին:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունից, մասնավորապես, ՊՊԾ գնդի տարածքում գտնվող զինված խմբի անդամները ներկայումս անմիջականորեն ուղղորդում և ուղղակի ցուցումներ են տալիս դրսում գտնվող իրենց հանցակիցներին, կազմակերպելու և իրականացնելու քաղաքացիների կյանքն ու առողջությունը վտանգող, այդ թվում՝ խուճապ սփռող և բախումներ հրահրող սադրիչ և հանցավոր գործողություններ:

Մասնավորապես, այս կապակցությամբ հուլիսի 21-ին ձերբակալվել է Վ. Գ.-ն, ով ապօրինի կերպով զենք, այդ թվում՝ նռնակ կրելով փորձել է հասնել Խորենացի փողոցի արգելափակված հատված, սակայն նրա հանցավոր գործողությունները խափանվել են մինչև նշված վայր հասնելը:

Բացի այդ, հուլիսի 22-ին ձերբակալվել է Մ.Ա.-ն, ով փորձել է բենզինով և յուղով շշալցված պայթուցիկները («մոլոտովի կոկտեյլ») պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակներով տեղափոխել Խորենացի փողոցի արգելափակված հատվածը և դրանք օգտագործել պատեհ առիթի դեպքում:

Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը նախազգուշացնում է, որ զինված խմբին հանցակցելու իրական մտադրություններ ունեցող այլ անձինք ևս անհատականացված են և ներկայումս գտնվում են իրավասու պետական մարմինների մշտադիտարկման ներքո: Նրանց հնարավոր հանցավոր գործողությունների կասեցման կամ խափանման համար ձեռնարկվում են օրինական և հասանելի բոլոր միջոցները:

Նկատի ունենալով վերոնշյալը, Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը խստագույնս հորդորում է քաղաքացիներին մարդկանց կուտակումների վայրերում դրսևորել շրջահայացություն, տարօրինակ վարքագիծ կամ կասկածելի առարկաներ նկատելու դեպքում անհապաղ լքել համապատասխան տեղանքը և այդ մասին անմիջապես տեղյակ պահել իրավապահ մարմիններին:
