Հերթական անախորժության մեջ է հայտնվել Հովհաննես Շահինյանը.«Չորրորդ իշխանություն»

«Չի»»–. տնղեկություններով՝ վերջին շրջանում անընդհատ անախորժությունների մեջ է հայտնվում քաղաքական շրջանակներին հայտնի Հովհաննես Շահինյանը։ Հիմա էլ նրա դեմ բողոք են ներկայացրել Բրյուսելից։ Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Գևորգ Կոստանյանին, ՀՀ ՀՔԾ պետ Վահրամ Շահինյանին, ՀՀ -ՔԿ նախագահ Աղվան Հովսեփյանին, ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանին մայիսի 6-ին դիմում է ներկայացրել Արմեն Մանուկյանը, որն ապրում է Բրյուսելում։
Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներին ուղղված նամակում Մանուկյանը գրել է. «Մեծարգո պարոնայք, սույն դիմումով, տեղկացնում եմ Ձեզ այն մասին, որ իմ աշխատանքի վայրում՝ Բրյուսելի խաղատանը (Casino Austria International, Viagc), աշխատելով որպես Electronic Games Supervisor, 2010– 2011 թվականներին ծանոթացել եմ խաղատան հաճախորդ, Արաբկիր համայնքի նախկին թաղապետ Հովհաննես Շահինյանի հետ։ Հովհաննես Շահինյանն ինձ հետ ստեղծելով ընկերական հարաբերություններ, բազմիցս առաջարկել է հանդիպել խաղատնից դուրս:
2015 թվականի մարտ ամսին՝ Բրյուսելում, հանդիպելով արդեն խաղատնից դուրս, նա առաջարկեց խոսել անձնական բիզնեսի մասին, և ես նրան ծանոթացրեցի իմ հնարավորությունների և փորձառությունների մասին ադամանդի ոլորտում, թե ինչով կարող եմ օգնել նրան ՝ ունենալով ծանոթություններ Անտվերպենի շուկայում։ Նա ևս ունենալով ծանոթներ ադամանդի ոլորտում՝ առաջարկեց ստեղծել համատեղ բիզնես Հայաստանում՝ խոստանալով գնել օրինական լիցենզիա ադամանդի առք ու վաճառքի համար»։ Այնուհետև Մանուկյանը մանրամասն նկարագրել է դեպքերի ընթացքը։ Ինչ է հետևել քաղաքացու դիմումին՝ կներկայացնենք հաջորդիվ»,–գրում է թերթը։
