Ինչպե՞ս ազատվել ոտքերի կոշտուկներից

Կոշտուկներ կամ, ինչպես ժողովուրդն է ասում, «ոսկրեր». թե ինչքան անհարամարություն ու տանջանք են պատճառում` գիտի ունեցողը, սակայն քչերը գիտեն, որ այդ խնդիրը հնարավոր է վերացնել ու մեկընդմիշտ մոռանալ տանջանքի մասին:
Ինչպե՞ս ազատվել ոտքերի կոշտուկներից կամ «ոսկրերից»
- Սոխը քերել, քերուկը լցնել երկտակ թանզիֆի մեջ ու դնել կոշտուկի վրա, ամրացնել կպչուն ժապավենով, վրայից պոլիէթիլենե տոպրակ հագցնել, որ գուլպաները և անկողինը չկեղտոտվեն, քանի որ նպատակահարմար է այս միջոցը կիրառել գիշերը: Առավոտյան պետք է ոտքերը լվանալ ու 10%-անոց յոդ քսել կոշտուկներին: Կրկնել ամեն օր, մեկ ամիս:
- Խատուտիկի դեղին ծաղիկները (100 գ) մանրացնել. ապա վրան այնքան յոդ լցնել, որ ծաղիկները ծածկվեն, ու թողնել 4 օր: Դրանից հետո ոտքերը տաք ջրում փափկացնել, ապա լավ չորացնել ու յոդային թուրմով վանդակներ անել խնդրահարույց հատվածում. ամեն օր` 2 շաբաթ:
Աղ-յոդային լոգանքները հանգստացնում են ոտնաթաթերի ցավը: Դրա համար հարկավոր է 2 ճ/գդալ խոշոր աղ և 10 կաթիլ յոդ ավելացնել այն ջրի մեջ, որում ոտքերը պետք է փափկացնեք: 15 րոպե պահելուց հետո ոտքերը հանել ու լավ չորացնել: Այս միջոցը ևս պետք է կիրառել պարբերաբար:
