Երեկ՝ հուլիսի 24-ին արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Տավուշի մարզում։ Ժամը 14։00-ի սահմաններում Դիլիջանի բժշկական կենտրոնից ահազանգ է ստացվել ոստիկանության Դիլիջանի բաժին, որ (գանգուղեղային տրավմա, անրակի կոտրվածք, աջից կողերի կոտրվածք, կրծքավանդակի աջ կեսի թոքի սալջարդ) մարմնական վնասվածքներով իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել Թեղուտ գյուղի բնակիչ, 48-ամյա Գագիկ Թամրազյանը։

Ինչպես հայտնոււմ է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց են մեկնել ոստիկանության Դիլիջանի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը, բաժնի պետ՝ Արամ Ղազարյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Ժամանել են նաև Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչության պետ Մանթաշյանը և Դիլիջանի քննչական բաժնի պետ Գյոզալյանը։ Պազվել է, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 13։30-ի սահմաններում, Թեղուտ գյուղի բնակիչ, 28-ամյա Պապին Ենգիբարյանը Թեղուտ գյուղի վերջնամասում վրաերթի է ենթարկել Գ․ Թամրազյանին իր վարած ՎԱԶ 21 102 մակնիշի 34 YL 925 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով։

Վրաերթից հետո Պ․ Ենգիբարյանը կորցրել է ավտոմեքենայի կառավարումը, բախվել է ՎԱԶ 21 03 մակնիշի 34 ZL 233 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենային։ Այդ ընթացքում УАЗ 315 12 մակնիշի 35 AT 706 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդն էլ, ում ինքնությունը ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզում են, նշված հատվածում կորցնելով ավտոմեքենայի կառավարումը բախվել է ճափեզրի երկաթյա պատնեշին։ ՎԱԶ 21 03-ի և УАЗ-ի վարորդները դեպքի վայրից դիմել են փախուստի։ Փաստի առթիվ ավագ քննիչ Կոստանյանի կողմից Դիլիջանի քննչական բաժնում նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում։ Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով Գ․ Թամրազյանը աշխատում է «Հայաստանի էլեկտրացանցեր» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության Դիլիջանի մասնաճյուղի տեղամասի պետ։ Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
