Գարեգին Չուքասզյանի նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում

Դատարանի որոշմամբ` «Հիմնադիր խորհրդարան»-ի նախագահ Գարեգին Չուքասզյանի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը, նրա նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում: Այս մասին«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի խոսնակ Սոնա Տռուզյանը:

«Հիմնադիր խորհրդարան»-ի նախագահը Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի, Վարուժան Ավետիսյանի, Պավել Մանուկյանի, Գարեգին եւ Գեւորգ Սարֆարյանների հետ միասին կալանավորվել էր դեռեւս 2015 թվականին ապրիլի 24-ին՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակի օրվան ընդառաջ զանգվածային անկարգությունների նախապատրաստման կասկածանքով, օրեր հետո նրանց ազատ էին արձակել՝ խափանման  միջոցը փոխարինելով չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությամբ:

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հաղորդմամբ՝ ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել մեղադրյալ Գարեգին Չուքասզյանի եւ մի քանի այլ անձանց մասնակցությամբ իրականացնել քննչական գործողություններ եւ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով ուղարկվել են ծանուցագրեր, սակայն Գարեգին Չուքասզյանը, ում նկատմամբ՝ որպես մեղադրյալի, խափանման միջոց էր ընտրվել ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին, չի ներկայացել վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին: Պարզվել է, որ նա փոխել է բնակության վայրը՝ առանց այդ մասին պատշաճ ծանուցելու նախաննական մարմնին։ Այդպիսով, խախտվել է ընտրված խափանման միջոցի՝ օրենքով սահմանված պահանջները:
