 ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության վարույթում շարունակվում է իրենց ծառայողական պարտականությունները կատարող ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 19-ի երեկոյան կիրառված բռնությունների դեպքերի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը։

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ՔԿ դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է ևս 3 անձի ինքնություն, ովքեր մասնակցությունեն ունեցել իրենց ծառայողական պարտականություններն իրականացնող ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ բռնության գործադրմանը:

Ավելի վաղ հայտնի էր դարձել, որ 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 17-ին զինված խմբի կողմից ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկապահակային ծառայության գնդի տարածքի գրավման կապակցությամբ քաղաքացիների անվտանգությունն ու հասարակական կարգի պահպանությունն ապահովելու նպատակով, 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 19-ին՝ ժամը 20:00-իսահմաններում, ՀՀ ոստիկանության մի շարք ծառայողներ ծառայություն են իրականացրել Երևան քաղաքի Մովսես Խորենացի փողոցին հարող Գլինկա և Որմնադիրներ փողոցների հատման վայրում: Մի խումբ անձինք բռնություն են գործադրել ոստիկանության ծառայողների նկատմամբ՝ չենթարկվելվ ՀՀ ոստիկանության ծառայողների` հասարակական կարգը պահպանելուն ուղղված օրինական պահանջներին։ Կիրառված բռնությունների հետևանքով մարմնական վնասվածքներ են պատճառվել իշխանության ներկայացուցիչ համարվող ՀՀ ոստիկանության 6 աշխատակցի։ Նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 3 անձի մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 316-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով:

Քննիչը միջնորդություններ է ներկայացրել դատարան՝ նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը կիրառելու վերաբերյալ, որոնք բավարարվել են։ Այսպիսով՝ սույն քրեական գործի շրջանակներում, հուլիսի 25-ի դրությամբ, մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 4 անձի։ Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլորհանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու, դեպքին մասնակից անձանցշրջանակը պարզելու ուղղությամբ։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրամեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի`օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
