ՀՔԾ-ն վարույթ է ընդունել պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից քաղաքացուն ինքնասպանության փորձի հասցնելու քրգործը

Երևան քաղաքի Աթոյան և Նոր Արեշ փողոցների խաչմերուկում 2016 թվականի հունվարի 22-ին՝ ժամը 21:15-ի սահմաններում, Լաուրա Գ.-ն իր վարած ավտոմեքենայով, խախտելով ճանապարհային երթևեկության կանոնները, վրաերթի է ենթարկել երկու քաղաքացու՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ, ինչից հետո վարորդ Լաուրա Գ.-ն, թողնելով ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարի վայրը, հեռացել է դեպքի վայրից:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունից, դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչությունում հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում քրեական դատավարության մասնակից Լաուրա Գ.-ն, նախազգուշացված լինելով սուտ մատնություն կատարելու համար նախատեսված քրեական պատասխանատվության մասին, հայտնել է վարույթն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից իրեն ինքնասպանության փորձի հասցնելու վերաբերյալ տվյալներ:

Մասնավորապես՝ Լաուրա Գ.-ն հաղորդում է տվել այն մասին, որ իր կողմից վրաերթ կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործը քննող քննիչները, իր արժանապատվությունը պարբերաբար նվաստացնելով, փորձել են ստիպել խոստավանել, որ հանցագործությունը կատարվել է ոչ թե իր, այլ Գ. Ս.-ի կողմից, որի ինքնությունը, իբր, ինքը թաքցնում է, ինչի պատճառով էլ փորձել է Երևան քաղաքի «Հաղթանակ» կամրջից ցած նետվելու միջոցով ինքնասպան լինել, ինչը սակայն կանխվել է ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների կողմից:

Լաուրա Գ.-ն հայտնել է նաև, որ դեպքից մի քանի օր անց նույն քննիչները, իր տանը խուզարկություն կատարելու ընթացքում, վատառողջ մորը պատմել են իր կողմից վրաերթ կատարելու դեպքի մասին, ինչը պատճառ է հանդիսացել մոր ինքնազգացողության վատթարացման: Այդ հանգամանքից ընկճված՝ տան լոգասենյակում՝ խոհանոցային դանակով, կրկին փորձել է ինքնասպան լինել:

Պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից Լաուրա Գ.-ին առերևույթ ինքնասպանության փորձի հասցնելու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 110-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործն ընդունվել է ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության վարույթ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություննապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտածդատավճռով:
