«ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկապահակային ծառայության գնդի գրավման այս պատմության շուրջ ծավալվող իրադարձությունների վերջին օրերի քարոզչությունը սկսել է իսկական պատուհաս դառնալ Հայաստանի պետականության համար։ Այո՛, հենց պետականության, քանի որ ինչ-որ մարդիկ օր ու գիշեր զբաղված են աջ ու ձախ վարկաբեկելով բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր չեն կիսում «Սասնա ծռեր» խմբավորման կամ «Հիմնադիր խորհրդարանի», անդամների տեսակետը։ Թվում է, թե չարածի համար մարդուն հնարավոր չէ վարկաբեկել, քանի որ սուտը չի կարող մասսայական տարածում ստանալ։ Սակայն Արցախի հերոս Վիտալի Բալասանյանի հետ տեղի ունեցածի օրինակով մենք տեսանք, թե ինչպես է մարդու տարիների վաստակը փորձ արվում մեկ ակնթարթում հողին հավասարեցնել՝ նրան անվանելով ստախոս, քանի որ ինչ-որ մարդկանց այդպես է պետք։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Վիտալի Բալասանյանը շաբաթ օրը բառացի հայտարարեց. «ՍԷֆիլյանը շատ դրական Է արձագանքել բանակցությունների ընթացքին, բայց ինքն Էլ իր կողմից մի քանի հարցեր է առաջ քաշել, նա հաստատել Է, որ ինքը հիաժարվում Է Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրաժարականի պահանջից»։ Երեկ հրավիրած մամուլի ասուլիսի ընթացքում ՀԽ անդամ Ալեք Ենիգոմշյանը շտապեց շտկել, թե «Ժիրայր ՍԷֆիլյանն ասել է, որ եթե իրեն թույլ տան հանդիպի «Սասնա ծռեր» ջոկատի տղաների հետ և տեղում հասկանա իրավիճակը, նոր կհանդիպի նախագահի հետ և կքննարկի իրավիճակին լուծում տալու հարցը, այլ ոչ թե կպահանջի նախագահի հրաժարականը, դա չի նշանակում, որ նա հրաժարվել է...»։ Այսպիսով՝ ընդամենը մեկ օր անց հաստատվեց Արցախի հերոսի ասածի ճշմարտացիությունը (ի դեպ, հանդիպման ողջ ընթացքը տեսանկարահանվել է)։ Բայց մինչ այդ ինչ-որ մարդիկ հասցրեցին Վիտալի Բալասանյանի հասցեին ամեն տեսակի լուտանքներ տարածել։ Սա նույն է, երբ ինչ-որ մարդիկ ՀՀ իշխանություններին հաճոյանալու համար փորձում էին ուրանալ Ժիրայր Սէֆիլյանի՝ արցախյան պատերազմում ունեցած ներդրումը։
ՊՊԾ գնդի շուրջ ստեղծված այս իրավիճակը վաղ թե ուշ հանգուցալուծվելու է։ Անկախ նրանից, թե ում համար ինչքանով այդ ելքը ցանկալի կլինի, բայց այդ ճանապարհին ոչ ոք իրավունք չունի Հայաստանի և Արցախի հերոսների վաստակը ջնջել։ Սա արդեն վտանգավոր է մեզ համար՝ որպես պետություն, որտեղ չկա գեթ մեկ մարդ, ով բացարձակ վստահություն ու հեղինակություն է վայելում։ Առանց այդ էլ Արցախից ենք «բերել»՝ որպես բանակցային միջնորդ»,–գրում է թերթը:
