ԵՄ ծրագրերը կխթանեն Հայաստանում գյուղատնտեսական կոոպերատիվների զարգացմանը

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը ընդունել է Հայաստանում ԵՄ պատվիրակության արտաքին համագործակցության պատասխանատու Ջոն Բարքերին:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, հանդիպման սկզբին կողմերը քննարկել են Եվրամիության աջակցությամբ Հայաստանում իրականացվող ծրագրերը: Ընդգծելով, որ այդ ծրագրերը մեծապես նպաստել են Հայաստանում գյուղատնտեսության բնագավառի զարգացմանը` նախարար Կարապետյանը հույս է հայտնել, որ այսուհետ ևս ԵՄ-ն կշարունակի աջակցություն ցուցաբերել մեր երկրում ագրարային ոլորտի զարգացմանը:
Այս համատեքստում նախարարը հատկապես կարևորել է նորաստեղծ կոոպերատիվներին աջակցելու անհրաժեշտությունը:
«Կոոպերացիան մեր երկրի գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման հիմնական գրավականն է, ուստի հարկավոր է միջոցներ ձեռնարկել այս շարժման խթանման և նոր կոոպերատիվների ձևավորման ուղղությամբ», - նշել է նախարարը:
Բարձր գնահատելով հատկապես վերջին տարիներին Հայաստանի և Եվրամիության միջև ձևավորված սերտ հարաբերությունները` պարոն Բարքերը վերահաստատել է, որ ԵՄ ծրագրերը Հայաստանում կկրեն շարունակական բնույթ, և առաջիկա ծրագրերն առավելապես ուղղված կլինեն փոքր տնտեսությունների խթանմանն ու պարենային անվտանգության ապահովմանը: Նա նաև հույս է հայտնել, որ ԵՄ ծրագրերի շնորհիվ նպաստավոր պայմաններ կստեղծվեն երկրում կոոպերացիայի խթանման համար:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև Երևանում անցկացվող ամենամյա «Գյուղական կյանքի և ավանդույթների» փառատոնի ընթացիկ աշխատանքներին: Փառատոնը կազմակերպվում է ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության և Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աջակցությամբ «Կանաչ արահետ» հասարակական կազմակերպության կողմից:
Ջոն Բարքերը հավելել է, որ այս տարի փառատոնին իրենց արտադրանքը կներկայացնեն նաև ԵՄ կողմից իրականացվող ծրագրերի շրջանակում ստեղծված կոոպերատիվները:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են երկկողմ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող այլ հարցեր ևս:
