Թեպետ սառնարանը համարվում է սնունդը թարմ պահելու լավագույն միջոցը, կան որոշ ուտելիքներ, որոնք չպետք է պահվեն այնտեղ:

Հաճախ մենք մտածում ենք, որ կանաչեղենը պետք է պահել սառնարանի մեջ՝ դրանց թարմությունն ապահովելու համար: Սակայն այն երկար պահելու դեպքում թառամում է, քանի որ 4˚C-ից ցածր ջերմաստիճանում այն շատ ավելի շուտ է թառամում: Ռեհանը թարմ պահելու լավագույն տարբերակը դրա տերևները ջրով լի բաժակում պահելը և պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակով փակելն է:

  1. Սոխ

Սոխը լավ պահելու համար կարող եք դրանք դնել անցք ունեցող թղթե տոպրակի մեջ և թողնել մթերանոցում: Սոխերը խոնավություն և գազ են արտադրում, հետևաբար այն կարտոֆիլներից հեռու դրեք, արպեսզի վերջիններս չփչանան:

  1. Կարտոֆիլներ

Կարտոֆիլները պետք է 5˚C-ում պահվեն, ինչը ավելի տաք է, քան սառնարանային ջերմաստիճանը: Սառնարանային ջերմաստիճանում կարտոֆիլի օսլան վերածվում է շաքարի, ինչն էլ դրան քաղցրություն է տալիս: Հետևաբար, կարտոֆիլը նույնպես տեղադրեք թղթե տոպրակների մեջ և պահեք մթերանոցում: Հեռու պահեք կարտոֆիլը արևի ճառագայթներից, որպեսզի այն չկանաչի և չունենա դառը համ:
