ԵՏՀ տեխնիկական հարցերով նախարարը հաստատել է դեղորայքային միջոցներին վերաբերող մշակվելիք ակտերի ցուցակը

Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության շրջանակներում դեղորայքային միջոցների միասնական շուկայի կարգավորման հարցերով 67 ակտեր են նախատեսվում մշակել 2016-2018 թվականներին: Նշյալ ցուցակը հաստատել է Կոլեգիայի անդամ, Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի տեխնիկական կարգավորման հարցերով նախարար Վալերի Կորեշկովը: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից, փաստաթղթերը ներառում են դեղորայքային միջոցներին վերաբերող երեք խումբ հարցերի կարգավորում: Առաջինը` դրանց արտադրությունն ու որակը, երկրորդը` ալընտրանքային բժշկության դեղորայքների առջև դրվող պահանջները, երրորդը` դեղորայքային միջոցների կլինիկական և մինչկլինիկական ուսումնասիրությունը:

Յուրաքանչյուր ակտի նախագծի համար սահմանվել է այն մշակող պատասխանատու պետություն` լիազոր մարմին, որը սահմանված ժամկետում պետք է հանձնաժողովին ներկայացնի նախագծի նախնական տարբերակը: Այնուհետև փաստաթուղթը կդրվի դեղորայքային միջոցների հարցերով աշխատանքային խմբի քննարկմանը, իսկ դրական եզրակացության դեպքում` Հանձնաժողովի հաստատմանը:

Առաջին երեք նախագծերը, որոնք ծրագրված էին մշակել 2016-ի համար, ներկայացվել են Բելառուսի կողմից և արդեն դիտարկվում են աշխատանքային խմբի կողմից: Դեղորաքային միջոցների հարցերով աշխատանքային խմբի քննարկմանը, որը նախատեսվում է օգոստոսի 25-26-ին Ալմաթիում, կդիտարկվեն նաև Ղազախստանի կողմից մշակված նախագծերը:
