Արտասվելը հաճախ համարվում է մարդկային թուլություն: Մենք փորձում ենք թաքցնել մեր թաց աչքերը, որպեսզի մարդիկ տեսնեն, որ մենք ուժեղ ենք և մեզ անհնար է խոցել: Բայց մարդիկ, ովքեր արտասվում են, ավելի ուժեղ են և չեն փորձում թաքցնել իրենց զգացմունքները: Ահա մի քանի հատկություններ, որ բնորոշ են հաճախ արտասվող մարդկանց:

  1. Նրանք ֆիզիկապես առողջ են

Պարզվում է՝ արտասվելը մեզ ավելի առողջ է դարձնում: Էմոցիաները մեր մեջ խեղդելը մեզ մոտ հոգեկան անհանգստություն է ստեղծություն: Այդ սթրեսը զարգանալով կարող է բերել բազմաթիվ ֆիզիկական խնդիրների, սկսած սրտի խնդիրներից մինչև մաշկային: Արտասվելը նաև նվազեցնում է խոլեստերինի մակարդակը և պայքարում է օրգանիզմում ընկճվածություն առաջացնող քիմիական նյութերի դեմ:

  1. Նրանք պատրաստ են հիմա ընկճվել, որպեսզի հետո ավելի լավ զգան
