ՀՀ Վճռաբեկ դատարանի նախագահը ներկայացրել է նորանշանակ դատավորներին

ՀՀ Նախագահի 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 12-ի հրամանագրի համաձայն՝ Սամվել Ուզունյանը վերանշանակվել է դատավոր՝ ՀՀ Արագածոտնի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանում:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատական դեպարտամենտի արարոակարգի և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ՀՀ Նախագահի 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 14-ի հրամանագրի համաձայն՝ Գրիգորի Վարդանյանը և Տիգրան Գրիգորյանը նշանակել են ՀՀ Լոռու մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանի դատավորներ:

Հուլիսի 25-ին դատավոր Սամվել Ուզունյանը ներկայացվել է ՀՀ Արագածոտնի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանի նախագահին և դատավորներին:

 Նույն օրը ՀՀ վճռաբեկ դատարանի նախագահ Արման Մկրտումյանը և ՀՀ դատական դեպարտամենտի ղեկավար Կարեն Փոլադյանը ՀՀ Լոռու մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանի նախագահին և դատավորներին են ներկայացրել նորանշանակ դատավորներ Գրիգորի Վարդանյանին և Տիգրան Գրիգորյանին:

ՀՀ վճռաբեկ դատարանի նախագահը հույս է հայտնել, որ նորանշանակ դատավորներն իրենց մասնագիտական գիտելիքների ու պատրաստվածության շնորհիվ մեծ պատասխանատվությամբ կմոտենան որպես դատավոր իրենց առաքելության իրականացմանը և բարձր կպահեն դատական իշխանության հեղինակությունը:

Միջոցառման ավարտին ՀՀ վճռաբեկ դատարանի նախագահ Արման Մկրտումյանը և ՀՀ դատական դեպարտամենտի ղեկավար Կարեն Փոլադյանը անցկացրել են աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն, որի ժամանակ անդրադարձել են դատական համակարգի գործունեությանը վերաբերող առանցքային և ընթացիկ խնդիրներին:
