««Մոդուս Վիվենդի» կենտրոնի հիմնադիր, քաղաքագետ Արա Պապյանը, վկայակոչելով իր աղբյուրները, մեզ հետ զրուցում նախօրեին հայտարարել էր, որ լավրովյան փաստաթուղթն իրականում գոյության ունի և անգամ հայկական կողմն առաջարկություններով է հանդես եկել։

Այս առթիվ փորձեցինք մեկնաբանության ստանալ Աժ արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի անդամներից։

Աժ ՀՀԿ խմբակցաթյան պատգամավոր Շիրակ Թոոոսյանը նկատեց, որ սովորաբար պաշտոնական աղբյուրներից ստացվող տեղեկություններն է մեկնաբանում.

«Այս կամ այն հարցի մասին խոսել առանց աղբյուրը նշելու, արդեն իսկ հավաստի չէ: Բոլորս էլ գիտենք, որ ԼՂ կոնֆլիկտի կարգավորման միակ ձևաչափը Մինսկի խմբի եռանախազահների ձևաչափն է։ Ուստի, ես չեմ կարող հաստատել, որ նման փաստաթուղթ գոյության ունի»,– ասաց Թորոսյանը։

Մեր հարցին՝ կարո՞ղ եք պնդել, որ նման փաստաթուղթ գոյություն չունի, Թոոոսյանը նկատեց, որ չի կարող ԼՂ կոնֆլիկտի վերաբերյալ գոյություն ունենալ մի փաստաթուղթ՝ առանց Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հետ համաձայնեցված լինելու ու հայկական կողմին ներկայացվելու։

«Ցանկացած փաստաթուղթ ցանկացած պաշտոնյա կարող է կազմել ունենալով իր տեսլականը, առաջարկներ անել, անգամ զրույցների ժամանակ ակնարկել, բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ կա փաստաթուղթ, որի շուրջ կարելի է բանակցել».– ասաց նա»,–գրում է թերթը:
