Քննիչի անփութությունը վնաս է հասցրել պետության շահերին

Լոռու մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ քննիչի կողմից պաշտոնեկան անփութություն կատարելու փաստի առթիվ:
Ըստ Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգի՝ Լոռու մարզի դատախազության ավագ քննիչ Մարզպետ Համլետի Խաչատրյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ հանդիսանալով պաշտոնատար անձ, նա ծառայության նկատմամբ դրսեւորել է անփույթ եւ անբարեխիղճ վերաբերմունք, իր աշխատանքային պարտականույթունները կատարել է ոչ պատշաճ, որով անզգուշությամբ էական վնաս է պատճառել պետության օրինական շահերին:
Նախկին քննիչը մեղադրվում է Քրեական օրեսնգրքի 315-րդ հոդվածի (Պաշտոնեական անփութությունը) առաջին մասի հատկանիշներով: Այն նախատեսում է նվազագույն աշխատավարձի երեքհարյուրապատիկից հինգհարյուրապատիկի չափով տուգանք, կամ վեց ամսից մեկ տարի ժամկետով ուղղիչ աշխատանքներ, կամ առավելագույնը երկու ամիս ժամկետով կալանք:
