ՆԱՏՕ-ի ազդեցությունը Հարավային Կովկասում սահմանափակ է. Մաթիաս Քիսլեր

ՀՀ-ում Գերմանիայի դեսպան Մաթիաս Քիսլերը կարծում է, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ի ազդեցությունը Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանում, մասնավորապես ղարաբաղյան կարգավորման գործընթացում կարող է սահմանափակ լինել:
«Իհարկե, ՆԱՏՕ-ի համար կարեւորագույն խնդիրներ են մնում կայությունն եւ անվտանգությունը հարավում, արեւելքում, անդամ եւ ոչ անդամ պետությունների դեպքում, սակայն այժմ հիմնական ուշադրությունը կենտրոնացված է արեւելքում: ՆԱՏՕ-ն ունի գործընկերության ծրագրեր ոչ անդամ երկրների հետ, եւ Հայաստանը նույնպես այդ ծրագրերի անդամ է: Պետք է շեշտել, որ համագործակցությունը կլինի հաջող, եթե լինի երկկողմանի շահագրգռվածություն: ՆԱՏՕ-ն միանշանակ հաշվի է առնում գործընկեր երկրների շահերը, այստեղ ամեն ինչ արդեն կախված է Հայաստանից, թե նա ինչպես կձեւակերպ ի իր կարիքները եւ ինչպես կներկայացնի ՆԱՏՕ-ին»,- ասաց դեսպանը:
Անդրադառնալով Ռուաստան-ՆԱՏՕ հարաբերություններին՝ նա նշեց, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ն չի կարող դիտվել որպես սպառնալիք Ռուսաստանի համար:
«ՆԱՏՕ-ն առաջին հերթին կենտրոնանալու է երկխոսություն հաստատելու հեռանկարների վրա»,-ընդգծեց Գերմանիայի դեսպանը:
Հուլիսի 8-9-ը Լեհաստանի մայրաքաղաք Վարշավայում կայացել է ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթնաժողովը, որին մասնակցում էին Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքի անդամ երկրների առաջնորդները`այդ թվում ԱՄՆ նախագահ Բարաք Օբաման: Արևմտյան պետությունների ղեկավարներից բացի գագաթնաժողովին մասնակցում էին նաև Դաշինքի հետ համագործակցող երկրների ղեկավարները, այդ թվում` ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը:
